Hi subomi2,

I've come across that form but we didn't need to fill it out for our application.

Thank you Nakiemi, I'm very curious to know who needs to fill such form. Is it if someone other than the spouse is sponsoring his partner or if the house isn't directly for the spouse or in his name.

Pls help my people.

If you have organised all the documents, labelling them would come naturally............
Each requirement, requires different labels...
Accommodation - This would include, rent or mortgage deed, mortgage statements, rent agreement, letter from landlord etc etc etc
You get my drift?

Hello guys this is my first time here, but I must commend how much problems have been solved through you guyz.
My fiancee is a nurse and i work as an insurance executive. She just got a job with an healthcare ptovider in uk and Certificate of sponsorship has been issued to her. She wants us to get married and apply together on her tier2 visa. I have a statement of account of over 2m as a dependant and I can get letter of introduction from my company. I like to know if our young marriage will not be an issue to the VO. We have been dating from university days.

We looking at September/October, her employer want her to come as soon as possible because she still has some practical exams to conduct over there.

I personally would advice her coming over initially, then you following through.
Not unless you feel 2 people relocating at the same time would not be too overbearing........
That was what the employer also advise but seems she just want us to go together. I have been the one motivating her to get the process done from beginning. I might just take up my german MSc admission serious from your advise then.

Would just be best for her to pass her exams, complete her supernumerary and get her position finalised.
Start earning, then you can have a much softer landing.....

Hello everyone,
I have been following this thread for a while now but as a guest and I must confess it has been so helpful.

Fastforward to this year. I got married and hubby applied for his spouse visa following the details in the thread. and WE GOT A BIG YES!!!
NB. I was working for an agency and I was been paid using the minimum wage for over 25. I was so skeptical about our meeting the financial requirement but i kept trusting God for the best.
Our timeline is as follows:

06 March 2017 - Submitted Application online and made payment.
10 march 2017 - Went for Biometric at VI and posted document to Sheffield using DHL
13 March 2017 - Documents received and signed for in Sheffield (Tracked this using DHL tracking number)
05 April 2017 - Automail requesting for supporting documents by sponsor. (Hubby replied using the Contact us link on their website)
08 April 2017 - Message from sheffield asking for reasons for escalation.
04 June 2017 - Decision made (Tracked this using the new link posted on this forum)
07 June 2017 - Supporting documents returned to me
12 June 2017 - TLS accessed and ready for collection

Hello everyone,
I have been following this thread for a while now but as a guest and I must confess it has been so helpful.
My story its going to be a bit lengthy but I hope it would help and encourage someone.
Before I finally settled in the UK, I have been coming to visit since I was a child as my Dad was resident there then. I was not opportuned to be a British citizen because my mum happens to be a second wife that the british would tag to be a "mistress".

In 2014, I came to the UK for my masters and was really hoping I would get a company to sponsor me on a tier 2 visa. I contacted the CIUK after reading numerous success stories and they were so eager to help but unfortunately I couldnt afford the £4000 they wanted then and my dad was not so keen about it. in 2015, I was just going through the UK gov website when I saw that you can not be registered as a British citizen if your dad is a citizen and he is not legally married to your mum. This would only cost me £80 so i felt there was no crime in trying.

I told my parents about it and we all decided to give it a trial with my 3 other siblings. We had a DNA test done at Kings college Hospital to proof paternity. we submitted the application in september and got a positive response in december. we had our citizenship ceremony in January and applied for our passports.
