Update about my item dt has been saying "INSERT ITEM INTO DOMESTIC BAG" since last week. This morning I called Lagos mainland office and I was told to send d tracking number of those items, which I did, now they call back that d item is already in Ibadan, I then called ibadan office, which I was told d same thing that I should also send my tracking number, later they call me dt I should come & collect my phone at Dugbe office instead of Gate office which is destination PO. I was curious but I don't av choice, so, when I get to Dugbe, I told them dt why would they tell me to come to Dugbe when d address I used is dt of Gate, that is when they started begging me dt they just want to see me and explain what really happened to my item, but I don't care to listen to their lie. Now av collected my phone and my charger from them without paying #1. 1 Like 1 Share |
