Minister of Power, Works & Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola and Federal Controller of Works, Imo State, Engr. Oluwatoyin Obikoya undertook the inspection of the ongoing construction work on the Rehabilitation of Owerri – Umuahia Road Sections I, II, III in Imo/Abia States this week on 2 and 3 February 2017.

4)There's a whole world of difference between SPEED rail, mono rail and the old locomotive system that we have presently...As Jonathan was revamping the OLD rail systems...He conceived and initiated the SPEED rail which has NOT commenced anywhere at all... drawing and funding is what he's still sorting out...He simply changed the Kaduna Abuja rail from NARROW gauge to STANDARD gauge(that route was non existent when he created and built the standard gauge there) which is faster and safer but DIFFERENT from his speed rail plans...Amechi & Buhari hasn't added any new rail lines or systems or improved any...All the functional lines now were already functional under Jonathan administration except for the "NEW STANDARD GAUGE" Kaduna Abuja route which Jonathan built but was still getting ready the train station before handover...

3) Please remind me what lie did you burst?... I'm really confused by your incoherent argument. At firt you claim Amaechi isn't working on any railway, then again you return and support someone who says Amaechi/Buhari changed the railway masterplan and bypassed the SE. You seem to be having a short-circuit somewhere.

4) Just imagine the 'thing' trying to educate me on types of railways/trains; he obviously doesnt know the Abuja to Kaduna modern standard gauge track can accommodate fast trains. Mr Truth, the railway modernisation plan involves planting modern standard gauge rails to connect different parts of the country. To even clarify, the project wasn't conceived by GEJ, it was by OBJ. Secondly, OBJ built the first section of standard gauge rail in that masterplan which is the Ajaokuta-Warri section. THe next section built was by GEJ from ABuja-Kaduna. Currently, Buhari is making efforts to start the Lagos-Kano and Calabar-Lagos sections. Due to the capital intensive nature of these projects, the plan is to start with the Lagos-Ibadan axis of the Lagos-Kano, and the Calabar-PH axis of the Calabar-Lagos.

Firstly you claim Amaechi isn't working on any railways, and then you turn around to support the argument that Amaechi changed the masterplan to exclude SE. You lads are really confused but have no one to tell you. Firstly Mr Truth claims that Amaechi isn't working on any railway plan, then again he comes back support the argument which says that Buhari/Amaechi has changed the railway masterplan and excluded the SE.

Mr Truth goes on again to post a rail map supposedly approved by GEJ which covers the entire Nigeria, but he fails to acknowledge (even when he is told) that the so called Lagos-Kano and Calabar-Lagos standard gauge railways which Buhari/Amaechi have been talking about since 2015 are also part of the same railway map approved by GEJ.

The Pictures of on going construction were attached and yet you are saying no construction work is going on. The Enugu - Aba - PH road is a dual carriage way with a total of 240km each way. Are you saying that no construction is on going on both lanes of the road?
You mentioned areas that are bad, is it possible to do all the section of the road at the same time and in the face of limited resources?
