It could be that your Gionee m5 does not support the video format (extension). Have you tried different video extensions before? Like MP4, 3GP, FLV, MPEG etc. Have you tried reseting the phone to factory default before?

Try reseting the phone to factory default. This should solve the problem. Remember to back up.

My Tecno w5 started slow charging, after changing the charging port chip, its network reception became low, unless i am close to a mast i cannot get network, the technician come spoil my screen join.

please how much is both the full screen( touchpad and display) and to fix the network issue?

Sorry for the problem you ran into with your w5. If you are fortunate, the network might work after a proper fix. But really, network problems are hard to solve. Is an part for the phone casing broken or is the phone loosely screwed? The network antenna for tecno w5 is attached to the casing and if the casing is not tight, you may have this network problem.

As for the screen and touchpad, I don't know how much it cost, it may cost you a around 10k+ est.

Have they changed the charging port before? If you have not tried different chargers and USB cables, then do so. Change the battery too if you have another battery. Turn the phone off when charging and note the difference. Let me know after you have tried these.

Restore your phone to factory setting and it starts working. That did it for me

Sure the charging port had been changed.
Done everything , changed the inbuilt battery, charged it while it's switched off, still discharges.
