I simply reopened d page on a new window and filled in my details fresh Dats with I meant

pls make una help case of bvn number used is my own.pls help me with possible suggestions to pass this stage

It worked I just kept clicking the create account even when it's saying bvn has been used

Where can one find the reference id? I was told to imput my reference id n bvn, but i didn't see any reference i.d.
