I included my baby's BP, in fact that was what delayed me in applying as hubby and lawyer felt that having baby get hers first would help.

wishing us all best of luck

Hi subomi2,
Yeah my son has his British passport along with his dad . I think it shows further evidence of a relationship .I attached emails and receipts showing the payments we made to the NHS when I gave birth.i think it can work against you if you have unpaid bills.

Yes it was priority application .I also spent 8 months in the last year in the U.K. Breaking my trip up by going on holiday .I explained why I stayed that long .I had a difficult pregnancy so I needed his help .

I think just explain everything to them .

Good evening everyone I have another question the special delivery envelope I used to send the supporting documents I didn't put priority visa documents at the top. I hope I didn't make a mistake when hubby went for biometric they told him just to print proof of proitiy payment and put it with other documents.

Hi Lexusgs430

I put the proof of priority payment included with the supporting documents , hubby told me tls refused to take any of the payment receipts to send with his passport and was advice to inculde it with supporting documents. My worry now is I did not make the envelope as priority, am thinking when they receive it at sheffield and envelope not mark as priority will they treat it as non priority before they finally get to our application and open the supporting documents

It might have to cost you £6 to notify them.
The essence of marking the envelope is to treat as urgent.
Unfortunately, they might not open unmarked till after a month or so

You send them an email. Then I think you receive an auto response informing you of charge, once charge is paid, you proceed.............

You should hear back within 28 working days. Have you included weekend/bank holidays in your calculations?
