My Camon CX-Air I bought exactly a week now is Restarting itself. I first noticed it on Saturday, it restart itself twice on Sunday, once yesterday Monday and I discovered it restart itself when I woke up this morning.

Also, files I downloaded most Especially images or videos doesn't stay on the phone for more than 5 minutes before it will automatically delete.

What kind of files did you download?

The phone is giving me serious trouble with app not more than 10, if I want to snap pictures the camera will hang after which it would show camera not responding.

We can't say for sure if an upgrade will be available

Is there no software update for w4 yet because the phone lag a lot. Tecno just keep rolling out new phone without update, which is rubbish if it is infinix they will have roll out update to fix the bugs. Please kindly find solution to this hanging issue of tecno w4 am not the only one Complaining of this.

I just collected it from carlcare opebi last week and it has been wiped, all in hope that the phone will have been updated but still running on same software. I did not purposely take it there for software update but for battery repair all in hope that there will available update for the phone, but still the same. Pertaining memory card issue i have removed my memory card several times to know maybe it memory card issue, but it is not. A friend of mine also complain of same issue with his w4 also. some times I do have excess ram of 300mb to 400mb it will still lag. I hope it is software issue, and tecno company should do something about this.
