my advice for u is to forward the architectural drawing to a quantity surveyor and he'll definitely tell you exactly what it'll cost so as to avoid waste of money, time and man power.

Talking about German Floor(floor Slab)...There are three major material you'll need to get the cost.

1.) The Concrete
Get the volume of the Concrete..... and breakdown the material/Labour schedule
2.) Reinforcement..
From your drawing ...calculate the gross length and concert it into tonnes
3.) Formwork..
Calculate the area covered ....that should be easy for u

so these estimates are derived from which drawing? or these are assumptions cos like I said before a quantity surveyor is the best professional equipped in doing that, if you're one then I'm sure this estimates ain't viable cos they are based on assumptions and not according to specifications and some other things one have to look at.
