I don't get you?

mention the industries in Kaduna as to compare with OSUN......popular industries and not mushrooms
Oga abeg stop making absurd claims. Osun state isn't among the top 20 industrialized states in Nigeria. 60% of Osun workers are civil servants, in fact, the highest after Lagos state. The other 40% are petty traders, private school workers and farmers. Aside Kasmo, Tuns, Nigeria Breweries and the Engineering Institute in Ilesha, which other industries can the state boasts of? Let's be objective, and stop making bogus claims for whatever reasons.

P. S. I was born, raised and still currently living in Osogbo

Guy Go and argue with Anambra dudes, I don't have time for this....
you people will never travel out of your enclaves....only to sit in your comfort zones and post/argue carelessly online....

That is how you people always underate the SE, until those guys wake up and started busting your egoes and false statistics with prove.....

Do not think Nigeria starts and end in SW
Pls what egoes and false statistics were they busting with proves, was it the fact that they were tanishing the image of the country within and outside the country. They were kidnapping allover the country and peddling drugs allover the world and started flaunting the ill gotten proceeds, claiming that they were enterprised in nature, but have secret forbidden ways of getting their ill wealth, more than 60percents of them have criminal tendency and they have engaged in it, in one way or the other. Besides,i have forgotten that u have almost thesame attributes, culture, language and even high crime tendency with them, only that your greediness is not as much as that of your kinsmen(SE).pls tell me the lies they are busting or shut the hell forever.

Thank God we have a forum like nairaland, the largest in Nigeria and Africa, owned by a Yoruba man and domiciled in southwest that allows you "cretins" from upper Niger to formulate rubbish analysis in the name of ranking. It's been made known countless times that ogun ranks high as the most industrialized state in Nigeria, yet insecurity will make you bring rubbish threads here to sooth your ego meanwhile you guys are covertly generating revenue for another online company based in ogun which you lots love to hate. And if your states is more industrialized as tou always claim, why are you always running to the southwest? isnt that stupidity? Stay back home and enjoy your "industries",no you wont not until you grab a bus heading to either ogun or lagos.Whatever you say, anywhere in the world...the Westside always dominates. Deal with that you morons from the other side of the river.

Bro, just use that ur data and browse about companies in Rivers State and shut up forever. How dare u compare Ogun to Rivers State. You not even ashame to say a company is worth 3 billion. Only one vessel of Some oil companies is worth about 30billion. Abeg look for your type in other states. You compare a state that feeds the whole nation to Ogun that don't add a dime to Nigeria.

Pharmaceutical companies that produce panadol and beverage companies that produce drink... you funny

https://www.nairaland.com/3049881/

Please read up and stop forming statistics from your Anus .. Lagos alone generates IGR than all oil producing states combined together..

A vessel worth 30 billion dollars?? Lol.. You must be from another planet

you people comparing west vs east should be ashamed of your self, we have 3 international ports that have been refused to be dredged and everything comes in through Lagos but a state like Anambra, Enugu, Rivers, and Cross River is competing with you. not to mention Imo state. competing with you guys, I've been to kwarra, oyo, and ogun, I was surprised to still see mud houses there. Enugu is the only state in the east with red sand(I stand corrected) but you won't see mud houses there, even in the village.

You mean there's no red mud houses in Enugu and the East? grin

only NLNG and SHELL will swallow all those industries in Ogun state....

The reason why rivers state is not always mentioned when it comes to industrialized state...is just because the products obtained is homogenous...ie Crude oil.....

But you can not take away the fact that oil exploration goes along with so many industries....
the article is not about the size of the industries, its about the numbers of productive industries in each states in Nigeria and there influence on the economy. I personally think ogun state house the highest number of industries in Nigeria.

All your years of hustle, will be settled in three months. Please don't compare Rivers to any part of Nigeria again pls. With all these industries in Nigeria millions of people are still unemoloyed. Something is wrong somewhere. I can't list all the companies in Onitsha alone let alone those in kaduna. Asaba is an administrative centre with two mini Steel company (Eastern steel Mill and General steel Mill ) owned by Chinese and Indians respectively. Industries that can be used as indices for employer of labour should be our focus. There are mine Textile industries in Kaduna and i don't think any of them is Functional aside administrative work, Kaduna Refining,Peugeot Automobile, Flour Mill, Nigeria Breweries, Coca-cola and the likes, in the North Kaduna takes lead.

Which Oyo is more industrialized than Enugu?

Only Nigeria brewery will swallow all those industries in Oyo state[/quote

Truly a lot of people comment on what they know little or nothing about. Do you know that their is Nigerian Breweries in Ibadan also.

Yes, but the Enugu brewery is way bigger than the Ibadan brewery. The enugu brewery is the biggest in Africa. The Ibadan brewery is rather small compared to it.

This thing does not even know that Nigeria Brewery is also in Oyo State.

If after all your 'travelling' you still believe that Enugu state is more industrialized than Oyo, then you've got issues.

How big is the brewery? The Enugu brewery is the biggest in Africa!

I agree abit with you. But Ibadan is just like Aba with past folded/closed up industries. Old glory. The companies in Enugu presently are new ones but they're still coming up. At the moment, Enugu and Ibadan don't have same ideology cos Enugu mainly want to be a city with activities and not industrial city. Ibadan and Aba, Nnewi should be at the same par in comparison.

My take

A very small old style brewery is what you can find in Oyo. The Enugu brewery is the biggest in Africa and a greenfield brewery too.

Firstly I have been to and stayed in Rivers State and Akwa-ibom, so ain't a novice to what you are saying..
Whenever God blesses one's hustle, he answereth anywhere one is..

Secondly, you have diverted from the topic and point of discussion, billionaires are all over the country so it doesn't matter where you are.. God picking ones call is the ultimate..
