First the fear of losing your job and voicing out when you salary wasn't paid. Then the fear of fighting a company that used and dumped you even after your supposed good services rendered. No you have no business suing your boss, you'll lose. Your suit should be against your company, or your fear is losing against a law firm? lifeispeace:sis,i know how difficult it is to work and not get paid...it is unimaginable...it is callous and very wicked...civil servants who work without pay are enduring a great deal...government should never be forgiven for owing anybody...that said...moved on...I know it's hard...just move on...nothing ventured..nothing learnt...you have ventured,you have thusly learnt...you have seen the seedy underbelly of the world and right now...this is the lowest it can get...it can only get better from here...however..give ur boss a piece of your mind...not insult nor abuse,not curses nor threats....just tell him how you feel and how he has made you feel...make a solemn promise to him to succeed and tell him his likes won't discourage or deter you...take courage..may the force be with you...shallom.. |

lifeispeace:It happened to me too, worked for a company called Hisplus and i wasn't paid and i threatened the guy to give me my salary or else, dude didn't come to work anymore, I had the plan of selling his laptops to cover my salary, but i realized that would have involved the police and the gravity might be bigger than my salary so i just boned, and to think the guy is a pastor. |
