I have not uploaded any articles on my blog for two days straight (sorry about that). But there are already two articles there and I will also be sharing them on nairaland.

Now, some people claim they are clean freaks and love everything to be neat and tidy. They claim they can't breathe not to mention live in a dirty environment. But it makes me wonder when I see photos like this.

When Ebola epidemic came upon Africa, no one was spared, it spread so quickly and this photo here was one of the reason for that spread.

No matter how clean you claim to be, if an inch away from your compound is dirty. Then there is a high chance that you will not be spared in case an epidemic breaks out.

Clean not only yourself, but your environment and don't do it so that people can appreciate you, but do it because you want to keep yourself safe and clean if trouble comes.

Abeg I live in an area demolished by Fashola's govt since 2008 and I have access to clean air cos of the surrounding bushes....and what is more...I'll never trade it for any of these so called cities that smell and look so bad

I think they are below average, because most of these apps are created by American companies (and build for an American climate and environment), so they might not merge with the African (Nigerian) climate and environment.

you are correct in a way....but I have a couple of them apps and after a few sessions I could feel the changes in my physique and fitness level....but you're the doctor so what do I know

No need to count yourself out, because I was speaking on a general perspective.. There are some people who these apps have worked greatly for, but when it comes to the majority it is a different story. You and I both know that is the majority that counts in everything.

home workout app and 30 days fitness app

I haven't worked for 5 days now and I feel weak already.... When I was regular I felt fit and my pot belly was disappearing but now it's all over the place....I guess I'm gonna go back to the app

I haven't exercised for a week and my stomach is still flat (six pacs as evident as ever). Although I am testing something and that is why I am not exercising at the moment, but what I want you to understand is that, it takes more than exercising to get fit and keep it that way.
