Lack of regular exercise will age ANY human being twice as rapidly as normal, and when it comes to exercise, Nigerian women over the age of 25 simply refuse to even think about the idea, with predictably depressing results, in terms of how they start to look as the years roll by.

Nigerian women under the age of 23 can rank among the most beautiful black women ANYWHERE on Earth, with athletic bodies and firm jiggly breasts untouched by any surgeon, HOWEVER, the instant they marry, or turn 25 years old, 95% of them rapidly balloon up in body weight and become clinically obese in short order, due to sheer laziness that prevents them engaging in any form of exercise, for LIFE. This rapid degradation from beauty to beastly is one of the more depressing phenomena to observe, yet is the NORM in most of Africa, Nigeria inclusive.

Once a Nigerian woman has borne children, forget it, as far as beauty goes, because those firm breasts will droop and sag so bad they are best covered up from there on out, while she starts to pile on pounds of ugly lard so fast it is alarming. This is the rule to which there are precious few exceptions.

Personally I would never contemplate dating any woman who is over 23 years old, who is overweight, or who has borne kids at any time in the past, so help me God. The older they get, the ANGRIER they get, the FATTER they get, and the UGLIER they get. My hat is off to any man who can live with all of that, for they are far braver souls than I will ever be.

At least you are not disputing the inherent truth of my posted opinion. Hopefully you also recognize that while this truth can indeed be unpleasant for those who settle for a lazy, sedentary lifestyle, all it takes is regular exercise done three times a week, for ANY woman to stay young-looking and fit, well into her third decade of life. We all create our own destinies, by making either good or bad choices along the road of life.

I am personally dismayed and repulsed to note the way Africans in general neglect their health and expect to live long as fat slobs, and that observation is the reason for my post, which happens to be in agreement with the initial social media observation made by the man who sparked this discussion, regarding Nigerian women over the age of 25, and how they generally just let themselves go to physical ruin, intentionally.

Obesity IS a global disease, but it is only in Africa where this disease is culturally regarded as a sign of wealth to be admired and emulated by succeeding generations. Being overweight in America is a condition associated with the lowest rungs of society, be that white "trailer trash" semi-educated poor people, lumbering bovine Chicana barrio women covered in tattoos, or black, ghetto-dwelling, welfare-dependent low-life unmarried mothers who could not care in the slightest about healthy living.

Tune in your TV set in any part of the USA, and you will be BOMBARDED with adverts touting numerous ways to shed unwanted, ugly weight, ranging from gym facilities, to medications with varying degrees of side-effect dangers. In contrast, Nigerian movies and television feature nasty, obese women with mottled complexions caused by toxic skin bleaching agents, who are STILL regarded as attractive "movie stars", even in this day and age when the medical dangers associated with obesity are well documented.

It is that CULTURAL acceptance of, and admiration for obesity that is totally unique to Africa, even as the continent joins the information age where all the FACTS about the DISEASE of obesity are literally at one's fingertips. The upshot is that this writer is NOT touting American or Western culture as being superior to African culture, or free of the ills that plague many populations on this planet, ranging from urban gang violence to drug abuse. The thrust of my comments is simply to emphasize that Africa needs to STOP regarding obesity as anything other than the repulsive killer disease it is known to be, by the medical community, WORLDWIDE.
