Please i would love to get assistance from the gurus in the house. In evaluating my qualifications for ECA, do i need to evaluate ACA(ICAN), does it give me any point? I have HND and MBA also.

Only your MBA can give u max points, no need to dash Wes or Iqas money

Btw, Acca is the only certification they evaluate as something tangible

Been unemployed at the moment does not change anything, it will not affect their applications to the best of my knowledge, what they need to do is to provide reference letters for the jobs they are claiming points for.

Hello Peeps,

Please assist my friends. Their situations are as follows:

FRIEND 1 - Got ITA 2 days ago. He is the PA and has 15years job experience which he can get reference for but has been unemployed for about 3 years. He actually runs his own business but he doesnt want to use that but wants to use a friend's company that is structured. However, no evidence of salary (e.g salary account bank statement) will be in his application. I advised its better to say he is unemployed but he believes he can start salary payments to an account now, post ITA. Wont that be suspicious? Please advise.

FRIEND 2 - Runs her own business and intends to be PA since she is younger and CRS score is higher. She is still in the process of WES and ECA but intends to start paying herself salary from her brother's firm so she can claim she works there rather than claim that she is unemployed. She has the required length of work experience as well.

In summary, is it a problem to claim unemployment when submitting e-APR? Kindly advise please.

Guys,

Before applying for the OINP HCP stream please validate that you meet the FSW requirement of getting 67/100 as it seems people are soo in a hurry to apply without proper checking and $1k5 is not small money o so check before you commit and find out you are ineligible.

I personally realised that my FSWP score is 58 out of 67 hence will not likely be eligible to apply for this program although I received NOI from OINP.

Or have there been cases where NOI was received with FSWP scores less than 67 and they successfully applied and got a nomination from OINP?

How do you calculate this pls ?

If yes, any links on how to get one? Please I'll appreciate your inputs pleeasssse. Thanks guys

am getting feedback on another trail that
until you meet any one of the program, you cant have an EE profile. So if you have an EE profile, you do meet either FSW or CEC correct?

Now am confused because am already in the EE pool and I received NOI but on calculating the FSWP score I had less than 68/100.

Can I proceed and apply for OINP HCP since I have received NOI from Ontario?

Please o. House... if I am futunate to get a canadian immigrant visa, is there any Canadian law that says I must travel immediately?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 3:14pm On Jun 30, 2017
There is nothing wrong with being unemployed at the moment... Falsifying salary payments is misinterpretation. All CIC requires is 3 years working experience within the last 10 years. It doesn't have to be a current job.

Just get reference letters in both cases for the most recent work experience.

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie on this CIC matter and I really need some guidance. Thankful for this thread and the people on here to provide assistance.
I am 32 years old and will be the primary applicant as I am younger than my hubby.

First of all, I have sent my BSc cert to WES and my school (FUTO) has sent the academic transcripts too (after 2 months ooo shocked) but I then got a mail from WES on 16 Jun that they have sent copies of my documents to the school for verification and would place my assessement on hold till they receive a written response from the school. Huh!!! Another bout of waiting again
I don't know how this was sent to the school, whether it was an email or paper mail so now I'm waiting on the school to send the written response (wonder why this ECA is this difficult). Any FUTO graduate here that knows what I can do to hasten this, please?

Secondly, we couldn't apply for ECA with WES for my hubby because his OND certificate is lost and he only has the statement of results for HND. How do you think we can proceed with getting ECA for him? Though from the look of things and the school involved (Fed Poly OKO), we may have to go on without including him.
So will my points be significantly lower without him? Or can IQAS assess his HND alone with needing the OND results?

Please I have a simple question
I am a newbie
I got an ITA on 28th June but I made mistake in typing the order of my names on my EE profile and now I cant edit it post-ITA.
The correct order is Okerie Oghale Marvelous but I typed Okerie Marvelous Oghale
Please what should I do??

Plenty good news on the thread. Congratulations.
I have a bit of sad news. So my Canada application is put on hold at the moment due to family issues beyond my control. That's the much I can share. So I won't be submitting my PPR profile.

Don't know when I will resume or resubmit my profile. I will also take a break from answering questions. Am sure there are sufficient people to answer.

I really wish everyone a successful application.

Hello guys,

I need clarification on this issue. I worked with a company some years ago which I intend to use to claim points on job experience. The said company changed its name recently.
I want to ask when creating my EE profile, do I fill in the previous company name or the new name?
Your suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks
