I already made my decision 3 months back. I will not waste my vote or my time in 2019 if we do not restructure.

Even if a new government is ushered in 2019, as long as we still run this same structure that has kept us unsecured, impoverished, unproductive & underdeveloped for decades, I am convinced that nothing will change, absolutely nothing! So why bother...

Restructure = as i understand it is All state government bears responsibility to develop their state. you don't rely on the decision of any group or a vote from any region to determine sensitive decision. like what we have now. some stupid Majority and Minority. the word Minority and Majority has split Nigeria for so long that it has to be put to an end for equal right and total fairness to come to play. yet we are still one Nigeria and live together.

Secession = as i understand it, a section of a country parts away totally from the other and stands as a new nation with different identity, currency, and laws.

i stand to be corrected.

1.The politicians that made and ran Nigeria down will still rule the restructured Nigeria!
2.The Elites and politicians had the obligation to accept the nation mandate!
3. Nigeria problems related to the politicians refused to accept the diversity and differences of Nigeria Nation!

By the time Anambra election is used as example, the brains of political elites will enter reset mode.
what the powerless masses in Africa need to do is outright boycotting of election in protest of political chess been played on their life by greedy politicians

Sorry i took a while, light/ low battery issues, one of the major reasons why restructuring must come abi how do we explain the wisdom of pooling power generation in one place then wheel out again to different regions?.

That being said, let me hop in from here. In rebuttal to your no1, i can bet you, either region or country, the old renegade and reprobate politicians will smell their butts under a new arrangement, the flawed unworkable deterrent-lacking structure of the present Nigeria makes it tough to deal with these band of cretins. People are wiser now, trust me and there wont be much space for the political murders these guys get away with under a new setting....

let me tell you one thing, if Nigeria is restructure in family basis, the problems we run for in Nigeria will still chase us to where ever we may be running to, we can dodging it.
We better face our problems and fight to solve it once and for all!
here are some lessons for all Nigerians... all the revolution succeeded returned power to the people in the corridors of power any where in the world, if you've not and never been in the corridor of power don't expect to be in power no matter your reason and capability to grab power, it can never possible!
look from Arab spring revolution, Egypt Tunisia, Libya, Syria, even in Bukina faso, power still remain in the hand of the same people who run their nation down!
Nigeria wont be exception!
The only viable solution that I see to our problems in this country is to simply erase the imaginary line of 1914 Amalgamation that share Nigeria into North and South Region!
it divided us than United Us as a nation!
We must Adopt Western and Eastern region that will automatically shared our diversities and differences into Western and Eastern Region Equally
and all our problems are solved!
why run away from problems?
look at this map:

i still stand to be corrected sir.

1. why are Nigerians practicing majority and minority ? any advantage more to disadvantage ?

2. I don't think the same politicians will enjoy a free space of such capacity to steal millions or billions again in their respective state as each income will be accounted for. there will be no inferior complexity of "he's a Yoruba man, him dey favor him.her people, or he's from south him no like we the north" such things will be of the past as the leaders will be duly elected by their own and will account for every income/penny because this time its what you get you use to fix your issues, not depending on any federal government to come to your aid. you don't cry of marginalization anymore because you have control over your resources.

3.our elites and politicians presently do not care of the masses they only care of themselves and their family. 80percent of elites and politicians family don't live here in Nigeria, don't school here and hardly understand the pains and suffering of the common man. i don't think such people will be granted the chance to act as they are now because the youths will defend their state.

4.Corruption is a big problem and not just corruption but Nigeria problem is on tribalism. a Yoruba man will first think of his home before others, same to other tribes. this is why we want it to be so. take care of your state. be responsible of your success or failures without blaming anyone for it.
5. regarding punishment. its still on same tribalism. you get away easily when your tribal man is in power, do you know to the understanding of buhari Abacha is a saint compared to GEJ ? this are things we don't want to be repeating every years.

this time we want every state to be RESPONSIBLE of your development, we are still brothers and leave peacefully but we want to hold our destiny's by our own hands and not determined by someone in Abuja or London or Abia. we want our states to be accountable.

in 1963 as i have learnt things where better, there where better life then compared to now. lets use that system of then with the current development and see what we get.

at least lets try a new way because this one wey dey now na go go area my guy.

if the agitation of restructure and secession is louder today, it's because Nigerian had taken themselves from the political jobbers and greedy politicians, that's why they take revenge against Nigeria nation to either balkanize Nigeria into region for region or separate state!
If Nigeria accept their will today and put the condition to retired all of them from politics, can they agree?, and you can't stop them from ruling your region we are in democracy!

to understand you i will say they can't be forced on us. as a state that's responsible for her future and development. the leaders will be accountable compared to what we have now. on States you can't claim you do this and that and will not be verified because the people you are telling will investigate it same day or before the end of next day. you can't promise and fail because the youths will hold you accountable by your words. moreover this new leaders will be voted for. no youths will vote for a known criminal. no youth will vote for someone without any credible effort and polices to make things work for their states. there will be competitive growth and development that every state will work to meet to the future development, so no time for anyone to siphon millions to billions easily

to me i don't want regions because there will still be crisis among them. i want States. then we can be known as United States of Nigeria cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

haven't we have local government also have you ever made your chairman accountable for your local area woes!

bro. we can't hold our state or local government accountable now because they are not the one in full power to implement bigger projects. they always need help from the "federal government" now just one man from the top decides what happens to all states. but when the state have full control of their future then we can hold them accountable. most projects in state today they will tell you its federal road its federal this and that but when states takes full power there will be no federal shit. all will be done if not will be accounted for. today all money goes to Treasury acc. now how can Delta state know what she's generating on daily or monthly basis ? whats the money used for ? who's questioning the spending's ?

look it from this side. i can't blame Buhari for anything because he's not serving me alone but i can blame my state governor because he's serving me. now i can't even blame him much because he's not in full control of the state. he respects and maintain orders from the federal government.
