I got a notification that my order has been delivered on Saturday, I went to the post office today only to be told that none of my stuff is there. I opened dispute immediately, soon after the seller contacted me asking me to cancel the dispute that they will refund me if I don't get my package. Guys please is this normal, I have never experienced such, as he nipost guys always call me to come pick up my stuffs, after pickup and confirmation of order receipt before the status changes to delivered. But this one went straight ahead to delivered when I have not received anything.
