I got a notification that my order has been delivered on Saturday, I went to the post office today only to be told that none of my stuff is there. I opened dispute immediately, soon after the seller contacted me asking me to cancel the dispute that they will refund me if I don't get my package. Guys please is this normal, I have never experienced such, as he nipost guys always call me to come pick up my stuffs, after pickup and confirmation of order receipt before the status changes to delivered.
