Yeah....i think so too..

The interview went.. well.. like every other interview. Behavioural questions here and there. It was a panel of 3: One person from HR, Head of Advisory and Head of Assurance. You'll be drilled, that's for sure, so make sure you know your CV inside out. Also, be able to link up your long term career goal to one of their service units (assurance, tax, advisory), how you can help in building a better world with EY blah blah blah.
It's the same conventional interview structure most of us are used to, so you'll be fine. Good luck to the rest of you.

The course you read doesn't matter,it's a graduate trainee position

....Your course of study matters on some occasions....even experiences and certifications do matter for many companies filling out graduate trainee positions. I do believe that on many occasions, when the number of those who qualify exceeds beyond projections, a line of best fit could be used, therefore meeting people​ in their relevant skills, or more appropriate courses or experiences.

My advice to you guys having yours this week is "Enter the interview room like a boss, smile and don't freak out" If your response to a question is total nonsense, say it with a smile and be articulate.

If you have lies on your CV, my brother practice your lies well o and no matter what be consistent.

one hour wetin? Na to be on my A game be that o, that is when my mail drops sha. I have been in a 40 mins interview and it was excessive to me, 'twas that long because the interview became a propounding of theories on matters of Law. Chai, 1 hour 30 mins again, make I kuku start vigil dey read about EY na.

Just finished my interview. its basically what OyoCorper said except today they were really short on time so they tried to limit each one to about 30min each. They didn't have time to drill me on my CV but focussed more on the character traits like if you can work under pressure and working in a team; as a member as well as its leader.

One guy focussed on scenarios, like if you had a very qualified team member that was more a less a nuisance, how would you tackle that situation.

Not sure how tomorrow's interviews would be...maybe they would manage their time better but all in all it was an okay experience. Good luck everyone.
