The mother association for chess in Nigeria Chess Federation (NCF) is headed by Mr Lekan Adeyemi. They also have an Fb Page.

There is a great community of Chess players at different part of Nigeria as well as FIDE Rated and Non Rated Tournaments.

Hmmm..... your opponent brain must overheat!.....would be nothing familiar in your play.... is hell for your opponent to figure out your next move and worse to figure out your intention.... so how can he prepare to defend or counter attack what he knows nothing about? Freestyle player!
@ topic..... think chess helps you to look at a problem from several angles.....come up with possible solutions.... consider the consequences of each before making a decision. In short...chess makes you look well before you leap!
