Such is life, professor Evans must have been praying to be infectected with HIV so that he can escape death by firing, hanging or life imprisonment and somebody that is innocent will now be experiencing this kind mess |

Tinyemeka:I understand. Even in days. Nurses still discuss patients. They laughed with you but once you leave, they gossip you. Stigmatisation is the bane of successful treatment. You mum is wise, she could have taken you to prayer house and you now miss the 72hrs grace, I'm not against prayer but faith and work goes together 2 Likes 1 Share |

A190:My dear we did both o. The treatment combined with prayers. The deepest respect I have for her, came more from how she understood the need for discretion, even at home. Nobody knew we went to the hospital that day. Wonder what my siblings would be thinking to this day, if they'd been told. During that first 3 months, I slyly avoided sharing stuff with them but they didn't know. If we went to the barber's shop, I'd insist on my brother having his haircut before mine. It just wasn't funny. 4 Likes |

A190:Hi. Thanks for your question. To answer, lemme start first with some clarification AIDS-Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. A condition, as the name implies, where a person's immune system is deficient. In other words, unable to defend the body from diseases attack. Like I stated earlier, AIDS is real. Some persons have this condition. Now, what's HIV? Human Immunodeficiency Virus. An organism which conventional health system CLAIMS is the cause of AIDS. So back to AIDS. Deficient Immune System. What could result to such a condition? Definitely not HIV. HIV is simply some harmless "tissue" of the body. (Btw, "HIV tests" do not check for HIV virus in blood samples, rather, the test checks the CD4 count, and references the outcome to determine whether one is HIV positive or negative.) Many factors can cause decline to a person's immune system and eventually result to AIDS. Common culprit is drugs - prescription and non-prescription. Drugs aside from reducing symptoms of illness and giving relief to a sick person, also suppress and do severe damage to the body's immune system. Chronic use of drugs have a chronic effect on damage being done to the immune system. When the immune system has been degraded so much, such that it can't perform its statutory function, that condition is AIDS. Ask yourself: Why our forefathers who had no drugs and complicated medical system, why didnt they have AIDS? Why is the AIDS statistics not even around the so called causative factors (unprotected sex etc) but rather more around homosexuals who are mostly into drugs (hard or prescribed); and people who use drugs excessively? The op on this thread stated he's not had sex 2yrs, but I can bet he's a frequent user of chemical prescription drugs. Study more. Its on the internet, but your doctor will never agree with you on your findings cos it's not in line with what he was taught! Modified: Search "HIV hoax" on YouTube. Its your decision to make whether the explanations and stated facts are credible. I just want to share knowledge, nothing else. I have no products for sale 1 Like |

BackToLife: Hahaha. I secretly PMed u and i saw the link you were sending. Some shitty people in the UK who claim to use a herb to cure HIV in 15 days. The accent of the woman in the video shows she's an East African (probably Ugandan). No proof of address in the UK where they sell the herb, no contact address, only a uk phone number (this was the complaint of the many people who commented on the video). I guess you are one of their agents here in Nigeria who want to divert gullible people to be defrauded after which you will receive your "cut". Their website address is not even working. I pity people who have sent you PM to do business with you and these people.

greatfoly: In plain simple terms, negative for Hepatitis B, negative for the HIV as at said date. The result didn't indicate the HIV strain. Please PM me next time. Not right having such uploads in the public domain. You could take it down now actually. Thanks. P.S. I'm no longer in the medical profession o! E ma bi nu. 1 Like |

Han04: Brace up dear. Not the end of the world. Kindly do a confirmation test cos there are cases of false positives too. Besides, I'm not too sure if people are still following this thread. Kindly create a thread seeking for professional advice. Also, kindly make use of the counselling services available in our public health facilities. Remember, HIV is not a death sentence.
