So I formed a partnership with some guys and we have a few corporate accounts running. My mistake is letting them have all the contacts while I focus on my other business ventures since I live far away from them. I suspect him of double dealing and witholding vital information, and I want my name out of the article of association, list of shareholders and account signatories. Is this a legal matter in which i should involve the law, or is there another way of going about it?

I'd be happy for every constructive inputs. Thanks.

Your ID, an application for removal of one of the directors, original incorporation documents, etc. have you done any annual return on the company?
