Most times you cannot really fight a battle for refusal on study or visitor visa. The best is allow water to cool this one and reapply at a later date.

Brother in law sponsoring you is not very convincing.

The best sponsors are your parents, spouse, siblings and secondary can be uncles and aunties.

Sorry mate. I always advise applicant to avoid applying instead of gambling their chances with flimsy evidences.

dont give up dear, your husband would have applied as the primary applicant and you guys would have achieved the same purpose.

My dear it can be scrutinized and it comes out okay...if someone outside ur parents are sponsoring u ..they always calculate to make sure that the person sponsoring has enuf let for him self or herself while doing so..

When it comes to visa applications, the application must be very straightforward.

The fact that your spouse family is sponsoring you for masters instead of your spouse is not straightforward.

The fact that the sponsors are australian citizen sponsoring you instead of their immediate family and all of you will be travelling together is also a GTE red flag.

Wow, getting grant is becoming tougher. I think if u applied with more than enough SOA like 2x or 3x the amount embassy needed for 1yr expenses from ur sponsor, u can still appeal

I heard about one Catholic Uni in Melbourne which is said to have lower tuition fee. Try and check it out. Good luck brother.

You can't get your visa asap even if you apply now. The visa is issued earliest 3months before resumption. It's better to apply early though, especially if you have a good SOA now.

1. Your sponsor living in Australia and whole family joining them is a no no for Gte

2. Brother in-law ain't convincing enough. Case officer might think, why can't brother in-law sponsor his own brother?
