So as we shall be renting our properties to you, please i want you to take very good care of the house because i have spend a lot of money on the property, so i might be glad when coming by mid of next year to see how neat you keep the place. Hope everything about this process is fine with you ? However, if you are ready to rent the house now, that will not be a problem but we will advice you due to a responsible and reliable person like you, First month rent $1000 and the Deposit $600 will be made before moving in as you say in your rental form , and also we would like to send the following document to you via FedEx Courier Service to the address you provided to me in the application form and the tracking number will be sent to you so that they can possible occupy our house immediately. Once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint us and i promise that you will love the house.The package containing the ( Keys, Documentations , Payment Receipt ) will be delivered withing 24 hours to you as soon as you are ready to move in to the house .

There are no Walmart stores here as I'm presently in Nigeria.

The only method of payment is through the same way I paid my tuition - Wire Transfer.

Although there are transaction limits in Nigeria but If I encounter any difficulty sending the money to you, I'd inform you so that I can pay after arrival.

Attached is the response I got from CIC website regarding to students that has conditional acceptance offer that after completion of ESL program can enroll into undergraduate program.

While a study permit is generally not required for short-term courses, students intending on attending a short-term prerequisite course should still be counseled to apply for a study permit before travelling to Canada.
In this scenario, a study permit or SX-1 visa should be issued only for the length of the prerequisite program of study. Once the prerequisite program has been completed, pursuant to
subparagraph R215(1)(f)(iii) , the temporary resident who has completed this course or program of study that is a prerequisite to their enrolling at a DLI may apply for a study permit from inside Canada.
