The laws of Nigeria indicates that every land belongs to the government of Nigeria, that is why every landlord still pays tenamency rate to the government. From my view point,I believe it is only the Igbo tribe that does not believe in Nigeria. Every other tribe has their differences and dissagrement with other tribe but they are not about to separate on the basis of their differences, they hope to resolve their differences and remain as One-Nigeria.
