The school says to apply through uni-assist if you do not have an Arbitur or German Entrance Qualification. I believe uni-assist should be in tandem with the school's deadline extension.

You can apply through uni-assist, and then inform them through their contact form (fortunately, all you need do is upload all required documents online). Better yet, you can mail the school and ask for guidance/clarification.

I got admission in University of Applied Science Mittweida in Saxony
MSc Applied Mathematics for Network and Data Sciences
How is this place in terms of
1. Student Jobs
2. Cost of living
3. Residence permit, do they give 1 year and expect you to repeat this same block account or sponsorship process for you to get another year to complete your studies OR they give straight 2 years for the duration of the program

Please, all the experience gurus, residing on this area your comment on the above concern will be appreciated. Most especially if you reside in Mittweida.

Sorry, try working on summer semester as the deadline of winter semester just passed (July 15th). Anyways, not all schools require English test nor a letter stating that all ur undergraduate degree was taught in English "English proficiency letter".
Sorry, there's nothing like fall semester here in Germany, it's winter and summer semester.

Please I'm very disturbed about this. I got admitted for MSc program but my school made a mistake on my postal address (they did not put my house number) so I'm afraid the admission letter may not get to me. I got to know about this mistake because they sent me a scan copy. Although I've mail them concerning this and they told me the scan copy is an absolute substitute to the hardcopy so that I should go ahead to process my visa. I already got an interview date, but given this circumstances I'm afraid what will be the embassy position if I did not present the original copy of my admission letter. The embassy don't care about original copy. Go with what you have. I don't know where by post copy is. so for 99percent of the guys from Africa and some part of Asia. Lol

Extend your enrolment deadline. Email the school to extend the enrolment deadline till end of October or November.

Not true all the time. Both of the schools I've gotten admission to specifically asked to take the original letter of admission to the visa interview.

There is a school in Weimar that has a structural engineering program or so. Check it out. Weimar is in Thuringia

hello,welcome to the fam! we have winter(mar-july) and summer(oct-dec)applications only,with dates depending on the schools. Most schools are closed entirely for winter this year so,you might consider preparing yourself better for the summer applications(2018). some schools don't really require international recognized English proficiency test certificates(ielts,toefl,GRE etc) for masters program but a proof of english proficiency from your university can suffice. So i would advice you get anyone within your capabilities but to increase your chances, having the international English test certificates(ielts,toefl) could also be of great help to you (depending on the school your applying to once again). In the mean time surf your way through the link below(copy everything and past),there are lots of courses related to civil engineering and also your preferred course,Civil engineering.

Mine is 30th of October, 2017, which means i am a day behind. I just requested for an extension from the university, i think you should do the same. I would have risked applying today also, but i await my bank details from fintiba.

October 30 isn't bad though. The embassy requests a deadline from late October to November.

Good afternoon family how was your day. I hope you aren't feeling cold in this rainy season. Well I just want to analyse the advantage and disadvantage of NIPOST courier service. Well in my own case it highly different from them. All what I read about Nipost service are different from what's happening in this present recession. Well first and foremost I sent the first documents to the school I applied cos it was slated in the application that I should send the documents to them for more verification. Well it took 26 days for that documents to reach Hamburg. the following week I sent the second documents to uniassist postal address, it took 28 days for the documents to reach them. Well I still maintain the deadline stage of 15th july. All the documents I sent to them reach their various destination before the winter deadline. Well I have paid the uniassist processing fee too in the first week of July. if you applied to schools that required uniassist to processed the documents to the various schools you applied to, try and get in contact with the people that's studying and working in germany. It is very easy. Infact it took uniassist 5 days for them to confirm my processing fee. Now my portal has displayed paid fee. I will used this opportunity to thank honorably seyi for his help and guide throughout the processing fee period thank you. Well to those that's expecting the admission letter of the winter application, the Lord will do it with favour. He will favour us on every side. Let us be checking our email and be prayerful.please ask questions when it is necessary. It help me a lot. Thanks to the family members for their love and care. All the best.

My second view about NIPOST is that if you apply for summer application and you feel the deadline of the application remains 2 weeks to close. I emplore you to prepare money and send the documents through DHL or FedEX. But I prefer DHL cos of their rapid response delivery. I was able to track my application documents from day 1 to day 3. My documents got deliver in 3 days. Infact I can still recommend DHL. They are the best. When I see that NIPOST is delaying I just have to gather money and sent the documents via DHL and in 3 days they delivered it to uniassist office in Berlin. Now am safe thank God for the safe delivery. The advantage of Nipost courier service is that when your application deadline is 2 months to go just try and send it to the school or uniassist office via Nipost. Best of success to everyone that applied.

daad.de will give you a profile of universities and courses you can choose from. All English taught master program reqiures toefl or ielts, but some schools can accept attestation letter from your school stating that your bachelor degree was taught in english.
