Click on 'my computer' , you should see your phone's drive there. Then navigate to the folder of your choice to copy your file

I guess it is the new windows 10. There was a bug on windows 10 that didn't allow mtp to show on the laptop. You need to do your system update to resolve this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience

Select show hidden file option, then go to dcim folder n check the albumthumbs option..
Also check your whatsapp database n sent item folder..
You can delete all d contents of those folders for more spacw

Before I forget, pics dey take up memory oooo, if you get plenty, then videos you record, if na FHD u set am to na bomb, just 1 min na 150mb ooo.

I had the same problem when I upgraded to Windows 10 and this is how I fixed it.

right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize.


Now select Themes on the left-hand menu, and then once you are there, you can select Desktop icon settings under the “Related Settings” section.


And now you can click the checkboxes for the icons that you want back.

You should see the icons show up as soon as you click Apply.


On how to make your phone show-up, I think it has been solved sometime ago.

Its not a problem, your computer hasn't installed the phone's driver.
