It uses a 2GR engine . What you need to know is if yours is Oil cooler type or non oil cooler type. Highlander from 09 to '13 is a direct fit Sienna 07 to '10 is a direct fit Venza 09 to 11 is a direct fit The above is if your engine is a oil cooler type If not oil cooler type, the following should fit: Rav4 V6 3.5L from 06 Avalon 3.5L from 05 Highlander 3.5L from 08 Sienna 3.5L from 07 If the car was damaged by flood, Buy both engine and gear 5 Likes |

prices have dropped for the 2gr-fe (supply is up) You can get it for as low as 420,000 to as high as 500,000 depending on source, and how sharp it is. 2 Likes |

princetom1:This is something different. Vehicle purchased from Canada in 2015 Dec, never had any problems.. However, took off from the East all clean with just one issue, AC problem. Vehicle was meant to be brought to Lagos for that to be sorted and vehicle serviced. Along the way, was informed by the driver that vehicle overheated, vehicle towed to Lagos to a "mechanic" whose "over qualification" abilities to my belief further damaged the vehicle leaving it in a complete mess. after ans inspirational meal washed down with original origin a.c diagnosis starts. Air conditioning system of this vehicle consists of * compressor (on engine) * Evaporator * Expansion valve * condenser * pipe work * electronics. I'll start with what I call sectional vacuuming it's basically blocking off parts of the system, and vacuuming. That way I can identify parts that are leaking. With the compressor and condenser out, I will vacuum the system with 2 pipes blocked. these are sniffers, they beep when they detect a leak. Had to stand up and check all connections again. Pipe work is fine, just these children that don't pay attention in class. Evaporator no leak, major pipe work no leaks.
