Housewife saved N700,000 in seven months. The husband must be a rich man.

This time of recession.

Good woman, but more applause to the husband that give her his money to save, or maybe after estimating 4k while every thing is 2k. she tried sha.

So that is money saved after expenses. N700k in 7 months means N100k saved per month after expenses. That is more than some people's monthly salaries. She must be tired of staying home and wasting her life.

Being a full time housewife is a job and skill itself! It's black mostly Nigerians that makes it look like it's a lazy job.

Do you know that abroad you can get a trainee job by just stating that you were a housewife? Do you know how many skills a housewife has? You think nannies are being paid huge money abroad for the fun of it? Taking care of a man, kids, home and everything financial, organise a home is skill. It is one of the hardest job in the world.

Y'all should stop belittling housewives. Their husbands are not complaining and i don't think anyone has the right to tell a woman what and how to take care of her family.

A woman should do what is good for her family first! The husband is the only one that has the right to discuss it with her and approve or not!

People would all yap and yap about being a career woman and all that which is their choice. However a woman that chose another part should not be castigated. A man that can feed and adequately provide would be more than thankful to have a housewife.

An educated housewife is an asset for her hubby! My opinion. Because I do not see reasons why a woman who has a more-than-capable and chooses to raise her kids be castigated. Little wonder why people pay huge amount of money as school fees, and the kids learning averagely whereby a kid who has an educated housewife for a mother and attend an average school would give those kids that attend those "posh" schools a very good run for their money. Win-win. Everybody is free to make their choice, but no one should castigate others for making their own choices. Not every woman is a career freak.

On the contrary, think of how much interest she could have made on that money if she had opened a saving account. Within 7 months, she could have earned about 20k.
You with also agree with me that security level in Nigeria today is zero. So, why take the risk?
