Rubbish the names are usually countries America has problems with the most!
Look well well and you will see all American enemies at the top!

America is more corrupt than all of them, a country with hundred military bases around the world stealing anything from oil to drugs and uranium.
Any country engaged in rigging elections around the world to install governments that will alow then milk the country should be number one in the list.
