No fewer than eight people have been gunned down in Ibaa community in Emohua Local Government Area in Rivers State on Friday.

It was gathered that four of the victims were beheaded and their severed heads taken away by the rampaging cultists.

A source in the community, who preferred to speak on condition of anonymity, noted that the cultists invaded the community in reprisal.

The source noted that Deygbam cultists visited the community around 3am to avenge the death of their member, who was killed by the Icelanders last month.

Emohua has always been like that, pockets of violence with flare ups but a lot of civilians and the indigenes still reside there as the bad guys fight themselves

Ahoada/Omoku axis though used to be a theatre of violence despite the presence of the Nigerian army and Police permanently resident there.

The armed forces have really helped in bringing that area under some sort of control but now its like a ghost of itself.

I am suprised that most cannot understand that cultism in this rampaging mode is a direct result of Wikes governorship.
To defeat APC in Rivers State, Wike employed the services of cultists, killers, juju men, militants and all types of vermin to win the election. Now, the bloodshed will never end till Wike is disgraced out of office..

Note that all these never happened when Amaechi was the governor
