it's unofficial and unprofessional by an examiner to forget one's exam papers on desk. Meaning that, such an error cannot be entertained in CBT designs! I also don't believe that the Save button means anything other than to hold your input safe against failures. This thing we are talking about is just like processing a text for mailing. It's's your choice to save texts while you type, after which you click SEND (Submit). Would you tell me that without saving, your mail won't deliver? In conclusion, I don't believe I scored zero for not saving throughout. I only too a risk of network and power supply failures.

If experienced hire and gt wrote same test, then its likely a second test will be done.
My opinion though.

You're relating CBT to PBT!
Whether you submit your or not, your score is calculated.
Some time in March, I went for a Fidelity bank test. Instruction was to submit once you're done. I was still writing when my 59minutes elapsed and the computer submitted my page and scored me there and then without me clicking the submit button. Similar thing happened when we wrote NIBSS tests. We were asked not to submit when we're done. Remember, the submit button was there on the page.
So you see, it's not compulsory to click submit when writing tests of such. They programmers know that not all will be able to finish before time, reason why its programmed to submit automatically.

Some of you guys are so selfish here. Eager ... excited by desire in the pursuit of the next stage just because your application was approved and you've been tested. Information is key. One should know by now that the exercise is in batches. Some applications have been rejected, some still pending successful submission, some already approved and tested.
Why not chill discussing issues like; how many more are these batches? When would they start treating the next batch (whether to approve or reject them) and so on, instead of busy trying to digress. I chose to quote no one so it's not personal!

From my observation going by the test all sat for. I guess there will be two stages for interview. 1. Role Specification Interview. 2. Managerial/Human-Resource Interview. I guess that's what they will adopt next. For Managerial Interview, always use the STAR method. Note, it's a maximum of 5-6 questions per candidate during each interviews. That's my thought, though.

don't mind those arguing unnecessarily, may be this is there first cbt, even IOC's the system is programmed to automatically submit test when time ellapsed not to talk of a public sector like dpr.you think in the name of cutting doen the size of candidate they may be so heartless to invite people from far and near just to fail them after a 45min exams cos the did not click submit botton, have you asked your self why do the emphasize so much on the save botton?

Are you saying you didn't save answer for each question?

If you had gone back to check through your work, you'll see that the answers you ticked previously would have empty circles. This was my experience; I didn't click save answer, I went back halfway and I discovered the answers previously chosen were blank. Not until after I started clicking save answer did the numbers of the questions change from blue to red, and the answers also stuck when I went back to check them.

I also didn't play with that submit thing. I submitted before time was up. It's to avoid dreaming up conjectures to satisfy the "what ifs" you guys have been discussing since.

Anyway, it's just my experience. Could be wrong.

I did not agree with them earlier but now there's an iota of truth in their statement. DPR may not tell on that. Why am now buying their quotes is: Why set same test for both EH & GT irrespective of roles applied? In the same day & the same time? I still dey reason am. Do remember an official kept reminding us at ACE Center, to click on "Submit" when done. Though, in programming that assumption/concept could be "True or False," depending on each Programmer.

@bolded. But I learnt that there were just two buttons: next and finish. Where did you get your "back" button?

oladayo. Things are changing indeed. What happen to police recruitment after about 8000 where recruited. What happened to the rest of 2000 slot. What happened to firs and cbn recruitments and many others like that this year. things are changing indeed. For your information, dpr is recruiting only 250 persons. And also for your info, i wrote to my satisfaction in d last test. Go do something better with your life. things are changing indeed.

That you were shortlisted doesn't give you the power to talk down on someone, he is keeping the hope alive and if you can't help by encouraging him why don't you keep quiet. You wrote to your satisfaction in the last test? Honestly you are a kid

What did I just read here? Kai cry
Do you really have to use this hot word for someone who isn't privileged to have a decisive status like yours?
In anycase who is interested in whether you wrote to your satisfaction or otherwise?
Reading through your post, I just felt an important muscle in your brain is damaged.

My dear, let's end all these talk ,exam is over but do you knw u would have made it if ur test were well submitted in NIBSS.
Note: from today once u enter any exam, first read the instructions. That s why so many are making mistakes, let's stop assuming.
