56k training school
150k after training school and under probation

First bank might not be paying like 237K which Access bank pays for entry level or the well above 200K the likes of Diamond, GTB pay but once you are confirmed in First bank, the allowances and privileges that you are entitled to are TOO mouth watering grin

The stand out points of working at FBN are: Less work pressure, job security, staff benefits, trainings and welfare.
Thank you. Pls can you elaborate about the allowances, priviledges, benefits and other welfare packages in First Bank?

Do u know if FBN encourage their staffs to write career certification exams and do they pay or discount their staffs especially when such certifications are related to a staff's job description?

Just wrote... It made sense....
1. Composure
2. Eloquence
3. Confidence
4. Speed... they won't allow you breathe...

For the career inventory, I missed where we were asked to add 4 to what we got.... How detrimental will that be, guys??

For the candidates that will doing their AC this week, let me just my experience with you as much as I can remember.

1. Like it was said before, prepare for numerical reasoning (20 min for 20 questions majorly SHL)

2. Prepare for logical reasoning (20 minutes for 15 question)

I could not cope the above 1 and 2, so I did tom boku tom boku. I pray God will help me to scale through.

3. There will be group discussion where each group will be given the same topic to work on. For my set, we were as to discuss on HOW FG, CBN AND COMMERCIAL BANKS CAN HELP TO SOLVE THE CHALLENGES FACED BY THE LOCAL MANUFACTURERS.

4. You will also be required to make PowerPoint slides (25 minutes) based on the group discussion. You will also do the presentation of the slide for 10 minutes.

5. Not only that, you will do an essay in not more than 600 words based on the group discussion.

6. You will be interviewed. Some of the questions are:
Can we know you? Or tell us about yourself.
How can the course you studied be applied in first bank?
What do you know about first bank?
Tell us first bank products and services you know.
Have you been in a situation where by you have to stand for something you think was right even though others did not agree with you? If yes, tell us your experience?
Have you been give a task with no enough time to meet up? If yes, relate your experience. How did you deliver the task within the little time?
That is all I can remember for the interview aspect.

8. You be give personality test to fill. That one was not timed.

On a general note, AC was very very organised. You too have to be very organised and composed to succeed.
AC was very fast and swift. You how to develop the speed of flash.
Remember to adhere strictly to all their instructions. Failure to do so you could be disqualified.

Please can someone tell me how they scheduled people for AC. Is it random? Cos why everybody aroubd don get and my guy never get. Just asking o. The guy don dey worry. He has some kind of theory already. U know village people gang.
Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by LollyJoe: 10:06am On Jul 31, 2017
YOU ARE BUT ABOVE ALL, BE CONFIDENT AND TIME CONSCIOUS!

REASON BEING FOR 1 and 2 is no matter skillful you are with computations and numbers, some questions cant be answered within the limited time given. JUST BE SMART AND CHOOSE OPTIONS WITH RIGHT INSTINCT.

FOR 4, dont go and be forming papas on powerpoint. I saw some guys wasting time on choosing templates and designing, just choose a blank (white) template and work with it. the 25mins given is set-up because fr me time given to us on saturday mrn wasnt up to 25mins or perhaps you wont know when you've exhausted 25mins (it will be like 15mins ). THE ASSESSORS will use some mins out of the 25mins to make introduction before starting, break your slides in ur head to know how many slides you are doing as to not get confused.

FOR 6, JUST BE CONFIDENT AND BE AUDIBLE
