My occupation is Technical Sales Representative with 3.8years work experience. I studied food science and tech and I have MBA. Also I have 1 year work experience as Customer service officer in a bank during my nysc and 6 months work experience as production supervisor.
Kindly help me with states that I might qualify with my results and worke experience. Thank you.
Your MBA in Marketing will only be assessed in relation to your current role as a Technical Sales Representative, as your first degree is not in any way related. Your customer service experience and production supervisor do not seem to count in any way.
Only Tasmania seems to be nominating the occupation, so you might want to read up their requirements. It might also be nominated by SA if you meet the additional requirements. It will be good you check yourself, while other gurus will help further.

Mate, Actually Trade test certificate is assessed as below cert IV and only TRA can make decision on the certificate. Found the caveat when i was looking into chytal question.
From my own small mind/brain, I think trade test certificate with formal training should fly. Highest, the thing go fall under certificate lll. Even self local apprenticeship training can also do the job as long as say dem dey nationally recognized. For instance, for naija before pesin commence training as a tailor hin go sign apprenticeship agreement letter wey come from tailoring association of naija and as far as sey this type of training dey recognized for naija it should be able to fly.

Note
I might be 101% wrong but sha na how I feel am be that

Please has any one used statutory declaration with 3rd party supporting doc to claim exp points from ea successfully, how did you put them together ? The 3rd option thing in MSA booklet is somehow.

Please anyone with info on gaining work experience points with declaration from Engineer Australia ?
I really want to be somewhat sure of my documentation approach so that I can as well use them for EOI thereafter .

Thank you.

I am also in the same situation oo. My assessor keep asking me of third party.. I have giving him my tax clearance and online verification. He just sent me an email again.. although my Tax did not cover all the years i'm trying to claim, I intend claiming my NYSC year because I can say I started work that year as I was retained in my company and I have spent 7 years (my NYSC year makes 8 years).

If I can do this, I will make 15 points (abi?).
My company did not register us (new employees) until 2011. SO using Tax and pension is out of it for for 8 years claim.

My Bank statement can only show seven years since my NYSC was paid

Dear bellong,
Please I need ur timely response to my case, am a pharmacist in Nigeria working in my own community pharmacy since 2014, I did my internship one year 2011, NYSC 2012, worked with a company for one year 2013 and started mine 2014 till date.
I taught I could pass through through pharmacy council Australia to seek PR Visa but just discovered I've to write kaps exams in Nigeria before migrating with my family. Meanwhile I've scan and send documents remaining payment. Payment for document screening is 1190 AUD while maps exams is 1950AUD.
I don't like this option at all, please give me the best bet or option.
Thanks

Spyroxy1 , Did your assessor comment on your statutory declaration? What is the content of the SD you used like, and if you added reference letter with it as option 3 suggests?
I intend obtaining SD from my boss but don't think I can get reference on letterhead to add to it.

Besides, if one has reference letter why going for SD, I am trying to understand the meaning of option 3.
Please do update us.

ditho2017, before Oga put mouth for your case, you may be assessed straight as pharmacy attendant from here, if your institution is registered such that you can show reasonable evidence of practicing your profession, then add other things join like bank statement showing inflow of money into your account from your company, prepare a pure CV, a court declaration in favour of your duties at work, tax clearance etc, I believe you should get a positive from vetasses. Do you have any other qualification besides your BPharm? This can guide us in helping you further, however, if you're buoyant enough& stuffy enough you may choose to go the pharmacists route although I doubt that exam could be written in Nigeria.

Nairalnders goodmorning, just got a wonderful news from my friend this morning about his ITA to NSW. Am here to ask this question on his behalf, he plans to travel alone for now due to financial constraints on visa fees and flights to Australia for his wife and two kids, However, he wants to know if he can proceed without medicals for every member of his family for now since they will be coming in a few months time after he is settled, or must everyone do a medicals now to continue his application? Thank you. your kind responses are very expedient @this time thanks to a wonderful community.

Your friend is lucky, that requirement was recently waived. His wife and kids don’t need to screen for medicals since they won’t be travelling (i.e. not added to his application). However, the dream of joining him in few months might not be realistic, getting dependent visa is not a piece of cake……..they might not even be able to join him years after settling. Best bet for him is to pull resources together and add them to his application right away.

Good morning everyone... Finally I have decided to asses with ACS... For Computer And Network Engineer

I sent someone to my school for my transcript they said it must be addressed to a school

International school is 35k
National is 15k

My question is this... I want to give them a national address to forward the transcript to just to save money

Hope it won't affect me negatively when I want to process visa?

Secondly hope ACS will accept transcript forwarded to a national address. Thanks

i wouldn't say lucky
The waiver is for non-migrating members (no visa) but since wife and kids will still migrate under the same visa as the husband at a later date (months), medicals and pcc is a must, they must be added to the same application of the principal as at the time of application.

Said not to include dependents in PR application due to finance.

In his best interest he is advised to proceed and process the medicals for all his family members, so that they can benefit from his DIRECT GRANT as dependents.

If he decides to process for himself alone, meaning he will drop them as migrating dependents (skips medicals) but for them to come over later... he will require below
-Partner visa ( $7000)_14 - 20 months processing time...
-Child visa $2415_

Let him look for the money o.. and include everyone in the application. If he gets PR alone and decides to bring them later na die o. Partner visa alone costs 7k, processing time is 17 months... and partner will only be given a temporary visa and wait for another two years to get a PR.

No you can't. Except she applies for a tourist visa and come for a few months. But ultimately she will have to return when it expires and wait until partner visa is granted.

I guess you guys have resolved to go with the initial EA assessment outcome.......right?

20points in IELTS is achievable though, but it's tricky. They are fond of always wanting to withhold 0.5 from one section of the exam. In mine (R8/L8/S8/W7.5), the 0.5 was taking from the section I deemed best in terms of my performance during the exam.

If Oga is getting up to 10points in PTE already, he might want to push harder in preparation (taking mock tests) and giving it another shot.

Why dont you do an EOR? most times i feel they withold that 0.5 on purpose. What guarantee is there that the next may not be short of 0.5 marks?these people sef

Didn't really need the 20pts back then, my occupation was not that competitive.....scaled through with 10pts, thanks.

You are right, remark works particularly for subjective subjection sections (speaking and writing), just it takes months plus the initial results cannot be used (say for assessment) until the process completes.

It works..especially if marks in other bands are consistently high.

They know what they are doing. Why should EOR take that long. They said 6 weeks but in some cases they hold the result for almost 10 weeks.
I wonder if its to frustrate plans and make the candidate pay another 68k.
God pass them.. smiley

I applied in June, and it takes 90working days according to their website to finish their assessment, since someone has confirmed they got positive assessment with B.sc will advise you give it a go, but go thru the TRA website and find out if you meet their other requirement, most especially their proof of payment for every year of employment claimed.

Thanks for the response. Please when did you apply.?Secondly I'm getting cold feet because info from expatforum says it sometimes difficult to get a positive assessment from TRA and they take like ages to respond.

What's your experience like?
