iamexcelblog: They will tell you that they are not scared of Igbo leaving Nigeria, that they don't care. Yet everyday, these people are on Biafrans case on facebook. I'm already tired of arguing with them. They might not actually be afraid of Igbo leaving Nigeria, especially the Muslims amongst them, as I reason their Christians are aware of the religious imbalance towards Islam that would occur in Nigeria should Igbos who are the major Christian block leave Nigeria. But their real fear is that, should Igbos leave, Niger deltans would equally leave to found their own countries, going with them their oil industry, revenue, ports and more importantly, leaving Yorubas trapped in a retrogressive country with Arewa, as I doubt Yoruba Muslims in Kwara and Kogi are interested in extracting themselves from the caliphate control, and even if they are, the caliphate won't let them go without a fierce war, and the rest of Yorubas in SW might not be willing to let them go just like that, yet are not inclined to war. Nigeria offers them(Yorubas) the best chance of sharing same nationality with their Northern Muslim fellow Yorubas without totally enslaving themselves to the caliphate, since the Igbo and Niger delta presence offers balance in the polity and checkmates that. It doesn't hurt also, to know that in Nigeria, they enjoy port and airway monopoly, as Lagos port and MMIA by design, remain the only REAL and best gateway out and into Nigeria, both by air or sea. With its multiple effect on SW economy. Bottom line, is that Nigeria, as bad as it seems, when pragmatically examined, is the best option for Yorubas, Atleast for now. They don't like admitting it, but it's what it is, and they would always fight to protect Nigeria unity to preserve their own interests. You can't blame them for that. 61 Likes 6 Shares |

pazienza: Honestly, am taking my time now to go through some popular groups on facebook... Gosh. I never knew this deep hatred exists between the Igbos and the Yorubas. My God... These people hate themselves a lot. Same goes for the Hausas and Yorubas. You will see them tactically jabbing each other. But because they are both gaining from the current political arrangement viz a viz the Presidential slot and VP slot, they will not be too bitter. My question is now: WHY THE FUCCKK ARE WE STILL TOGETHER? Can't we as adults come round a table and say "Hello, its been nice riding with you all these while. But since its no longer working, we have to separate." To your tents Oh Israel. No need for all these war drum beatings and insulting the hell out of our lives while the white people watch... Oh... They are watching. If you go through my posts on this forum from 2016 when I joined, you will notice that was I was kinda non tribal and saw everybody as one... If even if we must go our separate ways later. But at a time, I discovered that even the highest authorities on this forum have a conspiracy against the Igbos to paint them in bad light. Because you will see a thread on front page celebrating a yoruba daughter or son for academic success. Rather than the Yorubas to just celebrate and face their lane, you will see comments like "We are not like them that export dusting powder" But yet the woman in the picture I attached prooves otherwise that they are complicit in drug crimes too. You know the funny part, somebody on this forum will tactically leave those comments to denigrate the Igbo nation. Since then, I have decided to verbally decimate anybody that steps within the boundaries of the Igbo nation. Heck Yea if it turns to physical assault one day. On the matter at hand again, your analysis have somewhat given me an insight into why this people don't really want to leave. Its very obvious its for economic reasons. I am now having a new insight into all these struggles. Thanks bro. 44 Likes 4 Shares |

hoMegas: So without calling on others, you can't present a valid argument to win a case? Are you that redundant? FYI, the people you are calling to destroy your generation are not anywhere near our intellectual prowess and bitter jabs. That we choose to ignore some certain things for civility to reign does not mean we don't have very dangerous arsenals up our sleeve. Be warned. 31 Likes 2 Shares |

midfinger:u as a biafran supporter your situation is worse than delusional patients in a mental hospital. I don't have time for you and your kind. Igbo's hate for other tribes is what would eventually lead to her downfall, it happened in what u all tagged a genocide, and it happened when u all boycotted a freaking census, and now FG only allocated money based on the census count now u complaining that u being marginalized. I don't blame u though, ur ancestors made u believe other tribes are evil, it a one way thing u hate other tribes, and these tribes don't hate u. one day u would learn for real. |

I usually laugh when I hear about Yorubas talking about self determination or Oduduwa Republic. Everybody knows that the Yoruba nation is not yet mature enough to be talking about Oduduwa Republic. Secession is for freedom fighters, not unity beggers or those who choose to be servants of the North so that they can get Nigerian presidency from time to time. Occassionally, one might come accross a Yoruba who has a self determination such as FFK, but by and large, the Yoruba nation are just ONE NIGERIA apologists. 24 Likes 2 Shares |

On the matter at hand again, your analysis have somewhat given me an insight into why this people don't really want to leave. Its very obvious its for economic reasons. I am now having a new insight into all these struggles. Thanks brounderdogs Bro at the bolded on your comment, I must say your a wise man! I noticed the biased nature of a or some particular mods towards the Igbo nation because of their position on this forum they conspire with some members or their alternate handles to ridicule the Igbo people and down play their abilities. That's why on some days they would put up like 6-7 negative stories of Igbo affiliate (drug or crime related) to continue their campaign of hate and disgust against the Igbo people on this forum and this has been going on for a while thinking its just a coincidence but no it's a well planned strategy to demoralise people of Igbo origin. But the Igbo's are never easily intimidated! There was even a time they ban anything IPOB here and tried to shut/downplay the struggle but God pass them, they found out that their money (traffic) are in IPOB headlines so they quickly rescinded. When I noticed the grand plot to put down the Igbo's and their weak mental game to belittle their achievements and struggle to exercise their fundamental right for freedom and control of their God given resources, I quickly rose to their defence because I hate any oppression in any form and shape, I always stand on the side of the underdogs because that's the side God fights for and no one can win him! When I saw the evil plans of these afonja's in collaboration with almajiris as a Rivers man knowing my roots from the Igbo's came naturally to me and I decided to serve them in their own venomous soup. One has to be very vigilante and continue to expose these people because they would not give up trying to keep the Igbo minds enslaved as they have done after the war till KANU came around and spoilt their parade that is why they hate him so much but they can never stop the sun who's time has come from shining. More grease to your fingers on this cyber warfare we face every day. 29 Likes |

Who and who have these loosers help in Yoruba land?, what is their contribution to the lives of Yoruba people?. Agbomojo l'omo n'moju, we know those who have our interest at heart. Those that cannot even liberate their wives and children want to Liberate us?, very funny indeed. When the Likes Alafin, Ooni, Adeboye, Oyedepo, Bakare, Tinubu, Fasheun, Gani, and all our elected representatives begins to call a press conference to discuss our exit from this country, Yorubas will rise and join them. Did anyone really believe yoruba when they made that declaration. Go to FB, vanguard, heck even this NL excluding north, majority of the people attacking IPOB for asking for succession have been yoruba. I've actually lost count how many have screeched about Nigeria unity. Believe that greedy, chameleon tribe in your peril. If yoruba speak on something, pay little to zero mind to it. A snake is even better than them. As for their attitude towards one Nigeria. Dude read African American history. During slave trade, the yoruba were known as the yes massa tribe. They never revolted, they were the biggest uncle toms. Heck they even snitched on people that wanted to revolt. Therefore, do we really expect anything better from this generation Yoruba? Wtf slave owners did to slaves in America was ten times worse than the sh1t they going through in Nigeria yet they were yes massa to them. 31 Likes 4 Shares |
