Tho there's the one week of hell post delivery which I think I deserved cuz when I used to go to antenatal I used to secretly laugh at women with newborn babies who couldn't walk or sit properly. I don't know why I thought it was funny and hubby would be begging me to stop. After when I got my own nemesis and started limping and sitting with half bumbum he used to ask me if I know why I'm suffering now and I'd be like don't even say it I know.

My beautiful princess made her grand entrance into mother earth yesterday night at about 11:30pm. She weighed 2.6kg. I had her without tear/s. Alhamdulillah.

Good afternoon lovely mamas, how is the waddling ministry?

Don't know if this is a rant or just an update self. I woke up this morning to see blood and I was so scared I kept on wiping with tissue and it was still there so I just took my bath and had a prayer of agreement with hubby that our babies are fine. I left for work cos I just had to go and just got to the hospital this afternoon.

Doc ordered for scan immediately and babies are doing fine, one measuring 11wks 4days and the other 11wks 3 days as against 11wks 1 day. Still waiting for the result though but I know I won't cast my young ones.

I still vomit vomit seriously even when I don't eat don't know why.

@ booque, how r u faring? I'v been wanting to ask u if u can seek for transfer to ur hubby's place cos wth d way this our wonderful kontiri is, u can't jst depend wholly on private organizations. Their head can turn @ anytime and sack ppl( dts nt our portion in Jesus name). U r so lucky to v a boss like urs cos in most coys, they'll tell u hoo haa dt u shd resign or they'll sack. Left to me, I'll reason wat ur dad told u. Let's imagine a life scenerio wer a young woman is married to a military officer n his unit is in those troubled part of the north. Mind u, if the unit is a hot zone and the commander in charge of the unit is not understanding, mehn, u'll only see ur hubby 4 honeymoon for nothing more than a week. Will u say because ur marraige is very young u'll pack load and follow hubby to his unit for honeymoon? As far as my mom n mil will be visiting and cooking to assist me, omo, I'll jst tell hubby to try n be coming home during wkends or u take some days off combined wth weekends and spend wth hubby. Don't resign cos of young marraige o. Jst my 2 kobo advice. The MS will soon be a thing of the past. After 1st trimester, MS will vamoose and I feel u'll be having a princess ( in my prophetic mode as aladura 1 of ndigbo kingdom).

For kpekus, e be like say d angle wey dey in charge of my hormones don put my libido for total off....I just manage allow hubby yesterday after d guy don rant tire e be like say den don super glue my HP self.

good evening beautiful mothers pls I have a serious issue that is disturbing me.I need advice/suggestion on how to handle this.my 1year 10months son is making me go crazy.he is the first child that I have.recently I notice he is in the habit of throwing anything in his possession at people and at objects.even when you warn him not to throe he will still do that.this attitude of his has turned me into a nagging and militant mother which I hate so much.I beat him so hard when he does that depending on my mood.some mins ago he threw a cell phone on my house help's eyes.I gave him serious beating that lead to him vomiting. why I tend to react this way is because he will be starting school in September. I'm scared of him exhibiting such attitude in school.I'm scared of him injuring someone's child with this attitude of his or while playing.this fear has made me not excited that he is starting school.pls sabi mamas don't just read and pass.help calm a sister down and assure me that all will be well.I'm so worried.thank you

Now i am here for my third BS.

Last Saturday, 05th of August, 2017, i saw my care-giver who told me to go for a scan and it came out normal giving me 20th as EDD and 3.4 as EFW.

She said all is normal that she knows i'll deliver sooner.

I couldn't sleep well on that Saturday night. On sunday, i couldn't sit upright. I was feeling so uncomfortable. At around 9.pm i noticed i was having mild contraction. I went to her and she said i should take castor oil if i could. I bought a bottle but couldnt take it.

I started purging around 12 mid night and my tummy wasn't settled. The contraction started coming but wasn't closer with much pain.

I took the castor oil at around 4:40 am but all i was eating/taking wasnt staying. I was vomitting everything.

I went back to my caregiver around 6.30 am to complain. She did VE and said i am just 2cm dilated. I shouted and called on God to help me and aid this delivery.

She said i should go home and return by 8.00am.

Continuation later...

BS CONCLUSION. (MODIFIED)

I returned to the matron around 9.05 am after taking care of the older kids and sending them to the summer coaching centre.

By that time, i was already feeling the contraction stronger and i couldn't even drink water as i tend to be vomiting every thing almost immediately.

She did another VE and said i was progressing fast and admitted me. After like 30 mins, she passed the hot drip and the drama started. I was pleading for the removal of the drip but she insisted.

She gave me lucozade boost and ice-block but immediately i drank it, i still vomitted it and i was in so much pain. but after some minutes, i said i want to wee but only passed blood.

She couldnt break my water as she said it was directly on the baby's head or so.

Drama continued till I told her i want to push ooo. and she said i should go ahead. I pushed like 4 times before my little princess came out and cried out her lungs.

My Lovely princess (RUFAYDAH MOJOYINOLUWA) came out by 10:10 on 08:08. 2017 weighing 3.0kg.

Labour is truly hard work...... E no know customer sef.


ALHAMDULILLAH, ITS ACTUALLY EASIER BUT A LITTLE STRESSFULL THAN THE LAST ONE.....

Buy better cane and let him see dt anytime he does dt Na wooza 4 Hin bombom. Also, endeavor to praise and give him biscuits or juice, let him knw dt it's his reward for gd behavior. Curb dis attitude early b4 it gets out of hand. Mind u, d more u feel he'll outgrow such attitude, the more he'll feel dt he's doing the right thing.

good evening beautiful mums.I just spoke with some medical doctors and my mum as well who is a retired midwife.spoke with a cousin of mine who have a pre school in Lagos about his attitude. what they all told me is that I should stop beating him that I will end up scaring him away from me which I agree because after beating him he avoids me for like 2-3hours before he will get close to me again and I also rant while the beating is in progress and he has this scared expression on his face when I'm in that mood.I hate myself after each beating episode.
the point is my son throws things when he is playing and also sees it as a means of inviting you to join him and play.he screams too at the top of his voice out of excitement when he sees the object fly.his throwing attitude has never been as a form of tantrum or anger.
I have talked to him telling him how mummy doesn't like this attitude and also scared of him injuring another person.I have even denied him his favourite being ribenna and biscuit and he will still move on to throw something and scream while running round the house.to be sincere to you all,I'm not trying to be emotional or take side,I have come to conclusion that he doesn't understand what my fears are and doesn't understand the meaning of that beating I usually give him.at the end,my doctor friends all said I should go and ready up on TERRIBLE TWOS and THREES.even my cousin said same.I just googled that and I saw that the character he exhibits is just normal for his age.so all I'm left with is just prayers for this phase to pass and also for God to help me with my quick action of spanking him.

mbula ,I'm experiencing same here.on top all that ,when mine wants to cry he speedily falls back with his head hitting the floor or should I talk about how many water bottles he has broken cos as soon as he's through with drinking water,he flings them away or do I talk about him refusing potty training uptill 2 yrs even when I've bought different potty designs. If you refuse to wear him diaper the whole day hed refuse to poop and keep farting anyhow.I bought a#100 plastic cup and that is what he has been using for the past 8 mths,I can't be wasting my money.

Everyday I call my mum to hail her,just one child and the whole world is hearing my voice.she tells me to ignore him sometimes and also put my feet down where necessary.

lol happy that you typed this. Beating shouldn't be an option now biko. Take objects from him before they can throw and shout like a broken record. Keep the rod for when he's old enough to understand why you're beating him

Hian!!! Shuo!!! I can't deal with these pikin traits you people are sharing o. Me I beat well, my son of 2 and 7months have been receiving Cain from bad behaviour since before he was 2. You will just use his age to beat him or her & you will see changes. How can a child not fear his or her parents when scolding them? I can't deal& the worst part is that if you don't beat to correct them at home when you go out and they repeat the same thing in the presence of strangers there is nothing you will say that they will listen and strangers will now be like this woman cannot even correct and control her child. Me I beat ooo because them beat me too and the kind beating my parents gave me made me today. I beat when its obvious what he did is wrong and I praise when he does Right. Before anytime you collect something from him or correct him of something he will fall on the floor with his head and start crying, what rubbish? After I and dh dealt with him he doesn't do it again, of he wants to cry, stand straight & do your crying till you are okay. My dh will say its better for him to cry than for him to injure himself and cause another thing.
