I got married to a guy at ikeja registry before leaving the country for America about 4 years ago . I have heard a lot about the guys doing back in Nigeria like taking so many girls out, he squanders the money I always send to him to help me keep, I also recently got some of the pictures of his initiation as the cult leader of a particular fraternity. This Last and his constant threat to my life is making so scared and I with the support of my parents have decided to file a divorce. The issue now is I am too scared to come to Nigeria because I been warned not to, that coupled with his constant threat too. My mom is all our wedding documents in Nigeria. (1) Is there any way my mom can assist me file for the divorce in Nigeria while I am in America? (2) what would be my strongest excuse (3) how sure is my chances of winning because I really need to cute ties with him (4) how long will it take?... Kindly advise 1 Like |

You got married to him, not your mom. You'll have to find a way to come back home without announcing it and file for the divorce yourself But I hope you're not just looking for a way to get rid of him because you've seen one oyibo horseband  This one you're looking for excuse, ayam not understanding oh  3 Likes |

Do a background investigation on the child and use that against him + get a competent lawyer. You also need to change ur location beforr he send his men down there, This guys (Cultist)have their men all over the world. 1 Like |
