I really wanna lodge a public complain seems my email and calls aren't working.

I made a payment of $50 on 21/08/2017 to get Bitcoin from ur company till now,my wallet hasn't been credited... Each time I call them,they keep telling me its from blockchain,saying the network isn't good.Now,its almost three days my wallet still not credited and I helped a friend to buy Bitcoin using Gold2Naira.com and immediately, his wallet was funded.
