While I don't agree with what he said, you have to give it to the Igbos. Given the difficulty of the questions asked (as daily it gets more difficult defending the president's absence), I think he did a good job.

He answered better than Garba, Adeshina, or Madam social media have been able to do.
Adeshina response yesterday was irritating to the say the least.

The minister of information should be an igbo, they have sweet mouth.

The elite would do anything to protect their interest, more than 90% of Nigerians are complaining because they don't have the opportunity to steal or have their palms greased....Igbokwe has been given his bit, now he must sing.

I hate corruption in all material terms, do you?

Share 50k to all active Nairaland users and Buhari becomes the saviour...that's the weapon the elite have against us which they will continue to exploit.

Complain because you hate corruption and nepotism not because you don't have the opportunity.

I admire the fact that Joe isn't a political prostitute, ever ready to take a bullet on behalf of his party & convictions. My only problem with him is that given the prevalent political and economic quagmire, HE IS TOTALLY BLIND, in comparison with the likes of Stevie Wonder & Cobhams Asuquo who though referred to as "blind" musicians, can see with other senses.

Are you indeed happy and satisfied that the man you probably voted into office to right the wrongs of the past in our polity have been absent from work for the past 102+ days and counting without the courtesy of communicating to the citizenry but can laugh and crack jokes with government delegation which visited? Did you vote for Buhari or Osinbajo? Without Buhari's name on the ballot paper, would you have, in all sincerity, voted for Osinbajo who you scarcely knew before the election? Let us endeavour to put things in their proper perspective at all times.

imagine the fool saying that we don't even deserve to know the state of health of Mr president, I feel like slapping him one thousand times.

For ur information Mr igbokwe, Mr president is a public figure, his med bills are payed with tax payers money hence If not for anything I deserve to know the state of what I'm paying for. It's only in Nigeria dt a fool like igbokwe would come out in public and say that the citizens don't deserve to know the health status of there leader. Are we running a secret cult got.

That Mr Deji, the co-convener of the 'resume or resign protest' makes a whole lot of sense

No country with her citizens can prosper in illegality and injustice. Some citizens echo in support of injustice and lawlessness when it favors them. Look! The 1999 constitution has in it, a section that allows the President to declare himself unfit after 90 days of absenteeism from office due to ill-health. You disobey God when you disobey the law. Nnamdi Kanu was acquitted by a Nigerian court and ECOWAS court, yet he was still held behind bars. You disobey God when you disobey the law. And punishment for those who disobey God is failure. This is why Nigeria has been failing.

We are on a journey and our tyre has some problem and we simply take out the standby or spare tyre and fix it and we continue with our journey.
What is the issue with that?
Or you guys want a fresh election?
Buhari will still defeat Jonathan even if he is on life support.

Please quote or paste the section of the 1999 constitution that allows a president to declare himself unfit after 90 days!
