Hi, i also worked with a few banks and prior to getting a positive assessment, I submitted an affidavit, a letter of reference from my supervisors detailing my duties. I also submitted all my employment documents as well as JD.

I will advise you PM me or send me your email. I can share my letters with you. Vetassess will mark you down for working in a bank but theres a way around this.

i've just PMed you sir , i will like to ask you a few questions in private sir.

Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by mamajaz(f): 9:41pm On Aug 16, 2017
Hello house, a friend of mine wrote IELTS about 6 or 7 weeks ago and had LRWS 9,9,8.5, 6.5, hence was devastated. We thus begged him to appeal his score ( since he told them he stutters/ stammers). Interestingly, his results were released again and his speaking module was jerked up to 7.5. I thus want to encourage anyone cheated of bands by IELTS to challenge them fast. The final results may take up to 6 weeks to be released but if increased it will be testimony time for the concerned persons.
More of such testimonies abound on the IELTS thread in this forum.

My guru's please proffer solution abeg . Did NYSC with a company 2011 have an offer letter clearly stated it was for NYSC and d unit was customer service, retained under an out sourced company in same dept and offer letter was equally issued stating my position as customer service executive with all conditions of service stated , another outsourcing company was brought in 2014 dat hv another offer which stated new condition of service and and my position ds time is customer service officer .
Total years of work 6yrs ( 1yr NYSC and 5yrs work )
Two outsourcing firm under one company
Do i need to upload the 3 offer letters starting with NYSC for assessment?
Aside from the job tittle which is clearly stated as customer service in all the offer letters including dat of NYSC , my job description was not enumerated, please do I still need it stated? Though I have my duties stated in resume which am equally uploading.... plz advice me I beg of u.
Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by SegunWamiri(m): 10:40pm On Aug 16, 2017
Your offer letters from the three bodies would be useful only as supporting documents. You still need to get a reference letter from the ones possible hereby enlisting your job descriptions. Also include some of JD of your intended occupation as highlighted by ANZSCO. My assumption is that you intend to nominate Customer services manager so be sure to carefully comb VETASSESS's website for more information.

All the best

Tnx so much for your concern, presently I can get reference letter from this present company am outsourced to , the first one was like an arrangement by the company to cut cost and curb unionism . How does ds help my accessment.
Plz can I get a link where customer service function was specified by ANZSCO, try searching for it to no avail

I dey jejely wait for AHPRA oh, but the fear of leaving my family for three months program dey make me shudder with fear and concern.
My kids are 3 and 1( to leave them off my nostril to whosoever), no fear envisaged with my upman though, except he might not exert caution in some areas ( driving, travelling let).
From the handwriting that I'm reading on the wall now, my guide might advice I take up 457, which I've been counseled against in this house.
Now, if I go for this exorbitant bridging program and see beautiful and comfy environment, humanly speaking it may be difficult for me to wanna go back to naija to commence assessment. ...and getting grant after the said program too I don't know how soon.
I want to know if it's possible to get like 3 months job to keep me busy after the program to gather "dough" and help the man in naija through the process, or I should look for something I can get assessed for on 190 or 489 while I keep at my ahpra procedure and transit to nursing later when I get there.
This write up may be jumbled ohhhh....but I know most people can grasp what I'm trying to say.
Your counsel and contributions will be much appreciated.

I think you should wait for the outcome of your assessment with AHPRA first. Your conversion program and registration should be the most important thing to you at the moment.

Some short stay visas do have "No Work condition" imposed on them. What it means is that you would not be able to work legally but I hope your visa class would permit that.

Certainly, you may not need visa 457. If you have your points after your registration, you could proceed with your PR processing and while on Bridging visa, you can then look for job as a Nurse. There are many opportunities for Nurses. So, no cause for alarm!

You would likely get an Associate Degree. Unilag,UI and OAU are the only Univerities that their 4years degree would get Australian Bachelor degree.

You will be fine. The occupation is an ANZSCO level 2 which only requires an AQF Associate Degree/Advanced Diploma.

Not to sound like a sour puss, though a good idea, like someone said, this will be difficult to maintain. This thread is one of the first you see when you google Aussie PR, plus in this travel section its way up and newbies can always see it. This thread has a ton of information and its great that bellong is still here and goes back to update page zero whenever there is an update. My question is how would newbies find the site?
Do you intend to redirect them there from here? (MODS might not like that) and one you dont have newbies to the thread who just started the process it will be difficult to keep tge site alive. Like someone mentioned all the older guys on this thread rarely come here because they're now more occupied with other stuff since getting their PR.

All the best though, we will support you.

You don't need to assess your experience with EA, safe the dollars and let DIBP do their job at the right time (after visa lodge).

Also ensure your 5yrs completes before lodging if claiming 10points.

Finally you can add your NYSC if you have all required papers. I did in my case as I had my nysc period covered in my pension and bank accounts. I also got payslip and reference letter for the period.

It is not recognised as a Degree... does he have ACCA membership Or MSc or MBA ? If yes that can work. But with HND i doubt if he can get positive assessment.

For Older guys .. their vital inputs are buried deep in between the pages and this the same with tons of vital info on this thread.
An independent forum offers better navigation and good record keeping.

ACS only reference letter for you to get positive assessment but DIPB would need more evidence of employment later on during VISA processing. BUt since you have bank statement you should be fine.

Please see attached pdf for your guide. Also visit acs website

Thanks Azy.
Please one more thing I don't have pay slips. I've always been paid via bank account.
For my experience while in school I have offer letter but can't get reference letters.
Please how do I go about this.

In my opinion, it will go a long way in making life easier for everyone especially for newbies.

Newbies will find their way to it just the way we find our way to this thread and other forums that we get our information from. Some of us got to know this thread by googling and some through a friend.

If the blog have good info, those that are motivated and not lazy will find their way to it.

You have my support. ride on

bellong's dedication is on a wavy level, I salute you boss.

I also strongly agree that the thread must remain, who knows if the site will work out as intended as but as a community we can make it work. Surely it will take a while before the site gains traction.

I know how people can react to change but change is a constant thing.

Yes, don't assess that experience with EA, to save you some money, just go ahead, claim the point and submit your EOI with the required documents and wait for DIPB to do their job.
