So I was watching Aladdin and I remembered when I was younger how I couldn't sleep because jasmine had kissed Jaffar..yuck! That shii gave me nightmares. Here's a list of the bad asses in cartoon..the ones I can remember anyway..feel free to add yours.

Ursula(the little mermaid)
Ursula is the main antagonist of Disney's 1989 animated feature film
The Little Mermaid. She is a villainous cecaelian sea witch who "helps" unfortunate merfolk to achieve her own goals. She ultimately seeks to dethrone her longstanding rival, King Triton, so that she may rule the undersea city of Atlantica, and all the ocean.
By nature, Ursula is very dark in tone, with a wicked sense of humor. After her banishment from Atlantica, the sea witch established herself as a physical beacon of hope towards unfortunate merpeople, allowing them to strike deals and business propositions that would supposedly result in their happiness, should they successfully fulfill their end of the bargain

Jafar was portrayed as an amoral
psychopath who'll not hesitate to destroy anyone he perceives as a threat to his own sinister designs. Like numerous clinically-diagnosed psychopaths, Jafar wears a metaphorical mask of normalcy throughout the film, establishing himself as a cool-headed schemer and gaining the trust of those around him, despite his rather untrustworthy physical appearance. Even with this mask, Jafar's psychopathic tendencies tend to seep through and become apparent to the viewer

Rasputin(Anastasia)
Grigori Efimovic Raall, also known simply as Rasputin is an evil, sadistic, malevolent and powerful sorcerer who once was the royal confidant to Tsar Nicholas ll of Imperial Russia and his family, the Romanovs, having thought to be a holy man, up until he is discovered to be nothing but an unholy charlatan and a traitor, for which he is banished from Russia by the czar. This is what drove Rasputin to a lust for vengeance and to placing a powerful curse on the Romanovs, which remained unfulfilled due to the survival of the last Romanov family member, the Tsar's daughter Grand Duchess Anastasia, and he spends his time in the film plotting ways in order to kill her to successfully fulfill his curse, only to be thwarted in the end and dragged to Hell.
