Perhaps you set it to clear cache on exit or its your phone's settings that clears the phone memory when idle. It has happened to me once

Yeah I have, had to log in on my oda device for it to work on my Xiaomi at the same time.

My sister leagoo M8 is having issues (screen operating by itself) , and i told her she should do factory reset first bt she is having a hard time to transfer her files to memory card (she doesn't use memory card before), so i suggest she give it to an engineer, to help copy the files with a computer. But engineer said 'since she has a Google account on the phone that he can't work on it, that she has to take it to tecno office, that they will put it into machine ( I guess he is talking about installing the rom again).
Pls guys, i wan laff die here. Instead make him simply say, him no sabi, him come dey mention machine, Carlcare, lol.
