Guys, this is becoming really frustrating, I mean really frustrating. I have successfully flashed the device using sp flash tool or at least I thought I did it successfully only to find out that the problem still lingers even after doing everything right. The boot looping continued and has degenerated to my phone refusing to come up. I thought it was low battery, I have charged it for over 1 hour now and yet it has refused to come back on. I did everything right and the successful big Green good tick icon also indicated that. Now, I just don't know what else to do other than to feel annoyed and dissatisfied. I just feel as if the money spent on this device was robbed at gun point. I am even thinking of smashing it against the wall and moving on. embarassed embarassed I am beginning to think the happiness associated with actually owning a xiaomi device wasn't for me after all. Its just so frustrating, I don't have another over 60k to blow on another device at the moment. I even tried to re-flash the phone again but it isn't even coming up on the sp flash tool app. I am really sad at the moment. Any other suggestions on what to do guys?

Please, if you don't know about a work, no do the work o. It's embarrassing really. I just dey laugh here since 30 minutes now. My sister leagoo M8 is having issues (screen operating by itself) , and i told her she should do factory reset first bt she is having a hard time to transfer her files to memory card (she doesn't use memory card before), so i suggest she give it to an engineer, to help copy the files with a computer. But engineer said 'since she has a Google account on the phone that he can't work on it, that she has to take it to tecno office, that they will put it into machine ( I guess he is talking about installing the rom again).
Pls guys, i wan laff die here. Instead make him simply say, him no sabi, him come dey mention machine, Carlcare, lol. My Ogas, una wehdone o!
I'm smitten by this MIUI so much that I'm considering flashing it on Bae's Umi Hammer S.
I'd be delighted to get guidance on its possibility, procedure and necessary precautions.
Thanks in anticipation.

I also have Umi Hammer S. What I use is MIUI 9HD icon pack+Tapet+Evie

The only challenge I have with the Hammer S now is that it doesn't get network service very well or at all, except I am in area where there is strong network.
I don't know if u are facing any such issue and any way to solve it.

Exactly. And u can always return if there's a fault. So it safer to buy from jumia

I will rather order from jumia than go Tru the hassle of shipping from AliExpress. Personal opinion
True, but pray they don't ship the ones with vendor rom instead of official. Someone had to return his just last week to Jumia, because to flash official rom, you need to apply for bootloader unlock first before flashing with fastboot method. Also, you don't have the opportunity to buy accessories tha cheap with variety to choose from with Jumia, plus if you discover any ish after 7 days, you are on your own, no compensation, no returns. Na you still be boss of your money, do as u feel.

Only within 7 days I think. Plus if you misplace any part of the package, say a the nylon of the charger, they won't accept the phone for returns, I may be wrong though.
