One of the things that Mayweather did that completely frustrated McGregor was that he kept his head down, defended himself by putting his gloves in front of his face and kept on charging at McGregor.

McGregor could not land a clean punch when Mayweather was in this posture, but Mayweather could sneak in punches when he got close, because McGregor was not defending himself at all.

UFC and Boxing skills are very different. Connor didn't rehearse enough.

Manny pacquiao is a brawler but one thing you need to now is that whenever a boxing bout goes the distance, it is not how many punches you throw or how powerful your punches were that matters. It's how many clean shots to the face that accounts for the points. Mayweather is a master at landing clean shots and Manny is not. This is the same reason Manny lost against Jeff horn
