you canUse this to access the performance of your state Governor.
Governors should be rated base on the resources avalaible, and how well they have applied the income to better the lives of their people. Because there are Governors with lower allocations that are performing very well but because they are not building flyovers and bridges, sadly nobody talks about them.
Good work speaks.it doesn't need anyone to publized it

Isn't any wonder that you got an F9 in basic mathematics? Your tribalism deranged mind wouldn't let any knowledge penetrate into your thick skull.

And talking about statutory allocation, Osun state allocation doesn't make sense grin

The only thing this low IQ ipob miscreant contributes to Nairaland is posting afonja all over the place. grin cheesy If he's not doing that, then he's shamelessly gobbling SS nuts like the parasite that he is grin Ondo state earned more allocation than all your 5 potopoto villages. You should me more concerned about that. I thought you ipobs said your states produce oil too. Why is your FA so low grin grin cheesy. Another proof that you parasites aren't contributing anything to this country other than useless protests, chest beating and gobbling SS nuts lol. Please don't reply me with "yet you don't want biafra" line. If I had my way, I'll flog you back to your villages today
Re: Statutory Allocations For States From January To June 2017 by 234ng44uk(m):
How can Bayelse with just 8 local governments and a poplulation of 1.7million people owe salaries and remain grossly underdeveloped despite earning more than states with 6 times its size and population?

Our problem as a nation is definitely not due to lack of resources, but corruption and bad leadership. Trust me, this will not go away even if Nigeria is splitted to different entities. It won't also go away by replacing the old crop of leaders with younger ones as the youths are as bad as it comes.

Is there a solution? There is no solution, at least not in this generation. We are bad, cruel, desperate and very corrupt inside out. There is no hope for Nigeria.

why deduct small amount from Anambra (the lowest I think) and then allocated heavy amount for them?
Because Anambra state is not in debt like other states

See Lagos allocation and yet the roads are bad ..useless Ambode's government angry sad cry
See Anambra deductions...very small (if it were Peter Obi, that figure would be compared to Lagos)
Most politicians would avoid this thread like plague grin
Obiano is the best thing that has happened to the state, the ekperima called Peter obi is getting set to finance his godson in PDP in Anambra elections with money he stole from the state, we are waiting for him.

publishing this list of monthly allocation without a mandatory body to monitor the proper utilization of the fund,

makes a mockery of the so called monthly sharing as a mere ritual of making this state governors and chairmen of

of Local govts. to feed fact on the peoples commonwealth without corresponding achievement.

This is actually very small to run a state

Imagine my state imo with over 3million people with 17bn in 6 months ??

If every individual is taxed 5k a month that's 15bn every month and with that we will get our desired development and we will have reason to hold our governors accountable

But no we decide to spend far more to achieve nothing

A typical car owner in Nigeria will spend 400k a years averagely to maintain his cars

But as him to pay a tax of 10k a month for road maintaince that will save his car he will protest

We have over 11 million cars in Nigeria ...if on average each pays 10k every month that's 110bm that's over 1.2 trillion on road maintaince

Say federal government takes 30% and states 70% of what you contribute tell me why we would have bad roads
who told you that people aren't paying taxes. lemme just think you are ignorant. Lagos survives on tax and yet we still have majority of the state filled with bad roads.

You won't ask that questions if you understand taxing ...if you don't have money no one will tax you

I still wonder how some of these state are not perfoming. like bayesa still owing salaries, even in ondo state the old man governor refused to pay 5 months salary.
PassingShot:
So, what business do some of the rich states have with owing salaries?

Bayelsa, is a typical example of a FAILED STATE if we compare her level of development to her income.

Is this also as a result of FG or failure to restructure?
Re: Statutory Allocations For States From January To June 2017 by Icon79(m): 2:24pm On Aug 30, 2017
LOL. Check my posts, I don't tolerate tribalism on either sides (both Afonjas and Igbos).

But I do admit that sometimes I tend to play the NCAN game as well, but that's only in jesting. I am arguably the most detribalized Nigerian alive.

off course less than 10% are paying tax because the remaining are either jobless or can barely survive on their income.

it's nice to analyze things this way, but in a country where nothing works, the monies realized will be stolen... People are skpetical where their money goes.
