You have an addiction. U download a porn video,self-service off to it. And delete it because of the guilt that follows after wards.
A few days later,you have the urge to do it and once again. You download a new one and self-service again.
Here's what I suggest.
Have a porn video on yourphone,one of maybe 5-7 minutes.
Now the first time you would be tempted to self-service. Try to hold your resolve. You woukd definately not last. And would self-service off to this.
Now after youve done that and were not successful,dont delete this video. Keep it.
Now anytime you get the urge. Check the video. Even when you dont have the urge,check the video.
After sometime you would see that the video holds no interest to you.
You woukdnt even get erect.

Keep doing this till like 2 weeks and youll notice the urge isnt there no more. After like a month delete the video.
The key is not to download videos.
