Am leaving her out based on the following reasons .
She has her routine immunization in the clinic around that time . It will be winter by then and not sure she will cope. Plan to take her for subsequent vacation . What do u think ? Should I still include her ?

Not strong enough reasons to leave a two year old child behind. These are minor things that could easily be managed.

It appears you have strong ties but leaving a two old child behind could be an issue. I suggest you apply with your baby.
Was even thinking leaving the baby behind is anoda strong tie on its own for just 2 weeks vacation . But whichever way , will try and include her. Thanks
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Derende(m): 10:57am On Sep 03, 2017
I agree with cosade, apply with your baby. But on another note December is very cold in the state, will your baby be able to adapt to the cold? But on a lighter note I will advice you to apply alone since you are applying for the first time, so that your wife and baby can serve as an additional strong ties for you. Cos the odd will be more in your favour travelling alone than applying with your wife and 2 years old baby to avoid the 214b rejection note. Best of luck in your application.

To be honest I can't travel alone cos I actually promise my wife a trip out of the country for her december vacation.
If u check my previous quote I mention the winter issue and her routine immunisation for not including our baby. And considering her birthday is December 19th which am planning to celebrate with her. Also trying to cut unneccesary cost going into 2018. Just don't know if the winter reason will be accepted. Thanks

1. That's a mistake that's hard to believe, a mistake in your birthday?Did you use an agent to fill your first application?
2. Applying with family members, will not increase your chances, your mum and sister may get a visa but you may be rejected - you are all going to judged on personal merits, from experience, elderly folks are more likely to get a visa.
3. How did your brother enter the US?

No one actually knows what the chances are, or the possibility of getting a visa.
You gauge your readiness for a US visa by doing an honest self-appraisal and doing some research.
In my opinion, this is what a VO will probably look at:
1. You earn 190k, how long have you been saving for this trip?
2. Your wife may be pregnant, and this is all a cover to get a visa without going through the B2 visa, which requires documents.
3. All of your family will be in the US, you plan to stay throughout in a hotel...what now happens if you get stranded.
So how do you plan to tackle these concerns the VO might have?

Houston is a no go area and if you're not aware of that... you have no need for the visa.

Get the visa with her and decide if you want to travel with her or not... instead of going through the stress of applying for her alone.

Did you misrepresent at all no matter how tiny you think it was during the first interview? Take for example was Madam pregnant the first time you guys applied? If yes. If you want visit Mars and mercury with thier green visas stamped, you won't gerrit.
The key is honesty to yourself cos the vo won't tell you what the first vo wrote in her notes. You guys will just be dashing them money

The VO most likely won't know. But you decide if that is a lie worth living with (yes, not telling the VO that your wife is pregnant is misrepresentation)... considering that visas expire and you will have to renew them, sooner rather than later, they will find out.

@kaptainafrika and Twoods, i also have same issue with wrong date of birth(month and the day). The agent that filled the form for me then said it does not matter though i was denied. I plan applying again in october myself with correct information along with my family. Just praying that mistake wont go against me. All your kind advise will really appreciated.

Thanks

There is no point "praying" at this point. I feel all this recourse to "prayer" is self-serving and dishonest. You should have "prayed" earlier rather than lying about your birthdate. You cannot attempt to cheat the system then "pray" to avoid the consequences.

Prepare to explain to the VO should this come up. Be aware though that they do not look favorably on the use of agents. The problem with these types of "mistakes" is that it is hard to explain why you would make a mistake on something so important to you as your birthdate.

UK Visit visa is different from U.S visa

Obviously the two visas are different. However, it is also not in doubt that non immigrant visa applicants from developing countries are deemed to be immigrants, by both countries. The onus is on the applicant to demonstrate strong ties to his/her home country, or of residence. For this reason, logical inferences can be made from decision of one, on another.

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by aremso(m): 8:10am On Sep 04, 2017
@ LadyG. I think the error came from me from the first interview wen we went together we got married in dec 2015 and i had filled the form in july to book the slot and in the form i stated that we had married since we would have been married by the following january 4th, 2006. which was the time we booked. so i think we time of marriage we told them contradict what was filled in the form. the interview goes does.

VO= good morning
Me= good moring
vo= can i have your passport
me&wife = handed the passport to him
vo= why do u want to go us
me= to have our honey moon
vo= where do u work,
me= i wrk in so and so
vo = can you tell me about your job
me= i told me
the vo the bombarded my wife with question

Vo= madam what do u do.
wife= a teacher
vo= wen did you guys get married
both= we told him
vo= what type of marriage
both= church wedding
vo= what date
both= we told him he then checked his computer for some minutes and faced us again
vo= whre are you going in the us
me= we had booked an hotel
vo= why do you chose to book the hotel in that place
me= started to tell the whole grammer cos i never prepared for that answer
vo= Have you guys travelled b4
both= no this our first time
Vo face his computer and type for some second and the said he is sorry our visa is denied the handed over our passport to us.
the subsequent once that my wife attended, it was she alone that went inside the embassy. but i dont give up on things unless i dont have resources to pursue that course. some one is about to give us an invitation from uk, should we go to uk 1st and then reaaply at the us embassy? kindly advice. my wife went to dubai after the first interview but am yet to travel to any where
