Thank you very well this is the end of the 1st stage contract.... the finishing continues if I and my client have understanding to finish it up, hopefully we will God bless all that has been following thank you once again.

Still doubtful about the land size,cos u have achieved a massive project out of this half plot, I once asked if it's really 30x100 which u confirmed, am interested in a carcass project like this.. how many rooms

Thank you sir, actually this is half plot. It has an ante room with visitors convenience, living room, dining, kitchen with a store, laundry, stair well and two rooms en suit all in down stairs

.....then the up stairs has four sizeable rooms, family lounge, boxing room and balcony.
All in same building.

Yes my brother, all in a half plot, thanks for that. But is not a magic, it's workable. space management should be some engineers priority outside un compromised standard quality in construction... considering that every centimetre are important in construction, oga spyder and my boss here will understand my language.

I was expecting you to shed more light on the pros and cons of pop and cast parapet. I am about starting a personal building project and I will apreciate your professional advice.

Thanks my brother, ...Anyway parapet is a concrete cement structure to beauty and balance the roof (the house) hence building is concerned.

Meanwhile from my little experience so far in building construction I noticed that change is always, so parapet may take a different dimension and style in future. However I prefer a lightweight parapet considering a quality concrete mixture on the pillars and it's safe bearing capacity (SBC) which suspends the the parapet till the expiration of the "life span" because is not meant to over load the building at all, but without such understanding many are victims today.

Nevertheless, quality mixture with dimension accuracy, techniques, carefulness and experience you can make a wonderful parapet that will stand the test of time weather cast or pop.

We are back Again dear followers and friends God bless your effort and your families in Jesus name! it's my pleasure to inform you that we have started the later part of this structure (finishing) which we will take slowly and carefully too... Please come along if you want to know how cheap a good finishing can be...

This is high standard plastering called (gauge plastering) we know Ceiling pop will be needed, don't bother yourself still in plan it's a cost control strategy we activated we will survive this economic recess

my land is exactly same size and i have no clue of what to erect there, the plans i got are either too big or entirely not what i wanted.
