Corridors and projection on the decken is well define 3 or 4 coaches of blocks after Lintel off course added to the height of the house and that is the plan, very intentional as that will make the looks outstanding and more beautiful.

Calculated Expenses so far at this stage: Preparation/excavation to dpc. ---- 4,875,000 Block continuity till leveling ---- 3,580,000 Concrete suspended slab and beams ---3,550,000 Block formation² till leveling. ---- 3,760,000 Parapet or concrete facia. -----1,019,000 Roof Wood structure. ------ 860,200 ...... approximately -- 17.7m 1 Like |
