NOTE 4 and NOTE 4X (talking about the snapdragon versions).
Almost the same. The difference I believe is just the bands.

Don't mind Gsmarena, there is no 2gig ram version of Redmi note 4 or 4x, the least you can get is 3gig ram, 16gig rom Redmi note 4x. The only 2gig ram, 16gig rom Redmi note 4 I know of is the mtk version.
