Atiku is miles ahead of the other persons(El rufai, kwakwanso) who are most likely to contest in 2019.

Atiku is no miles ahead of anyone.

Buhari's success after several trials to presidency is really given this guy a belief that it can happen again.
I don't blame him though, bcoz in Nigeria politics, any thing is possible since the system is weak and corrupt.

Atiku is using his sucess in the Nigeria customs service(a verry corrupt and lawless organisation) as a yardstick to rule Nigeria. A 70 years old man that should be giving some advice from the sidelines is now hell bent on rulling the country again. What about leaving the stage for youths to take over the leadership position?
Unfortunately, the youths are not yet ready to take over the leadership of this country. Instead, they prefer to grovel before these recycled politicians and fight their battle for them, all for the crumbs from their table.

The youths will be ready when they take their destiny in their hands. No old politician will hand over power to the so called youths on a platter of gold. Power is not given but taken.

Maximum age to contest for Presidency should be less than 50 years old. After 4-8 years such leader will have sufficient years remaining of his/her to be able to mentor upcoming leaders and see the consequences of his/her own period in office.

All over the civilized world except few, they are all young leaders less than 50years old.

Between an Atiku and Buhari I did go for the former. At least he is successful in business and not a religious bigot like the latter.
Why should it be only between both of them? Are they the only one's in nigeria or u are one of those that think that power belongs only to the north

This guy should just give up. His name is equal to babangida to Nigerians.

He can never be president. Let him keep trying though. No harm.
Never say never. In Nigeria, anything is possible. Atiku might be your next President. However, I doubt if he can achieve that under the discredited APC. He needs to realign politically.

The youths that APC and Buhari have turned into zombies and sycophants for a living?

Let us rather employ all the youths to support Nnmadi Kanu the Otu Onye Nakpu Ogwe 1 of Biafra Land since Nigerian politicians and elders have failed.

Base on current realities n the present political equations in Nigeria,I'm 300% for Atiku because to me a NE/SE president/VP ticket is the best option to counteract ApC n buhari. An Atiku/peter obi ticket would perfect for the kill, until I can see a better option from these two regions, I'm for Atiku. Enough of N/w leadership n NO to buhari anointed candidate.

I would have said I liked his candidature for the presidency buh my concerns are that these people would do anything to look right in order to get into power buh you would be disappointed once they get into there

You can criticize him on many grounds but he is probably the most cosmopolitan and pragmatic Northern politician. He has also succeeded outside government via his businesses. He's also a very organised person - look at his family, the way he raised his children and the way he runs his companies. Atiku's Media Office is the best professionally run media office in the country.

He thinks home with his investments too. If he can honestly bring his pragmatism in business to governance, I believe he should make a difference. Emphasis is on 'honestly', you never know how humans will turn out at the end of the day. I also feel OBJ maligned Atiku unfairly and damaged much of his public repute and I think it was because he was a tough vice president not the usual weak vice presidents we are used to. Not that he was a saintly Vice President but Atiku also doesn't get recognized for the contributions he has made as a private citizen.

He's one of the few politicians I can actually pick a trait from despite the negative public repute - his pragmatism is quite outstanding.

No form of pmb or atiku charms can charm me here to be gullible and be following serial thieves as the leader. Both Apc and PDP are corrupt. The same senate president Bukola saraki are in the good books of atiku. Once atiku got elected the same looting and corruption continue again. Corruption and looting can never be eliminated in Nigeria if we keep supporting corrupt leaders in the high places. Am asking why is that atiku hasn't go the united state of America to answer series of FBI inquiry on corruption cases against him. Atiku is corrupt and shouldn't be allowed in the corridors of politics in Nigeria. Let me hint nairalanders here Apc promise us restructuring. Am asking where's the restructuring they promise us again. As it stand Atiku is a northern fulani politician that will only satisfy the northern elites in the north. Atiku can never transform Nigeria. He will even destroy this country more. Don't let us be fools and carried away with their empty promises. Nigeria politicians are liars. No truth in them. They spread propaganda as much as they can.

No ma'am, I do not believe power only belong to the North, I only made a comparison between both. If the whole of the south will be United and speak with one voice and mind we can subdue the north. They know this and use it to their advantage by splitting the south. The north is United.

Nigerians really deserve the bad leaders. The same set of useless and clueless politicians without no foresight. The same Atiku that will sit on that seat of government and tomorrow he change his language of governance. Is this not how clueless pmb and his party started. What will want now is restructuring or division of Nigeria. It is still the same politicians without no foresight and plan for the future. They don't have any plan for the masses. But only to inflict pains and poverty to the good people of this nation. For God sake atiku should be a elder statesman and not a political bigot again. If we don't restructure of divide Nigeria the gap between the rich and the poor will become wide. The good people of this nation should careful and be security conscious. As far as am concerned atiku pmb and tinubu are the set of politicians playing politics with the people of Nigeria.

What does Atiku want again. He was vice president for 8 years. Is that enough opportunity for him to influence. We are a country of over 180 million people for crying out loud. Why can't we get a NEW person.

These people don't have mercy at all...
