Restructuring can only happen through the National Assembly. And the North holds a majority there. I have observed that the SE, SS, SW, and Middlebelt(North central) generally support restructuring. These groups will constitute a majority in the National Assembly. So what we need to do is to unite and present a common front and get the necessary bills passed which will give us restructuring and referendum.
